Booked room non smoking king size bed. When we got there I was told they have not had that room in months. What is the point?

This is a cheap hotel that had a room for the solar eclipse. Place is a bit run down. Door card lock didn't always work. Many plug sockets overloaded. One plug had the cover coming off so it was a fire hazard. However they try to make you feel at home. Two star for the service, Wyndhan needs to renovate to get other 3 stars.

Not a bad stay.
Google had the rate at $52 and they charged $70 plus tax.
The front desk clerk had children, talked very quiet and they have those little windows with the speaker, and no lobby at night.
Room had a new mattress, overall not bad. Non smoking room Smelled like weed when I got there, but it faded away.
Parking was good, although limited space for trailers. If they were more busy I would not have been able to park. It was also fairly well lit.response / report this review -

Good place to stay if your there for some one graduation from basic training it's close to base but not right on top of it easy access to 20 and 77

Comfortable bed, picked my son up from graduation and found out we had a sofa bed . Pulled out the mattress only to be disgusted by every type of urine imaginable. Complainted to the front desk only to be told there was nothing they can do because we weren't charged for it. Was told no for a request of a spare mattress and only solution they offered was to remove the bed. Ruined a great day

My stay was okay for the most part. The bed clothing seemed clean as well as the towels and washcloths. It was quiet with no disturbances. The only things that were wrong were that the coffee maker didn't work (though that was likely operational error) and the ironing board hook on the wall came out when I attempted to re-hang the ironing board. Overall I would stay there again.

DO NOT GO HERE! BED BUGS!!!!
I was very unhappy with the service. For some reason I woke up and I seen something black on my pillow then I got up to see blood spots all over the bed. To find out it was bed bugs we rolld on and stuff while we were sleep. Instantly got up and called the office, they apologize, return our money and said they couldn't help who goes in and out. Better management, and cleaning of the rooms would help. I will never go here or any others just like it. You definitely get what you pay for.response / report this review
