The staff here is the best! I've had lots of piercings done here, no problems ever!

They really care about doing things the right way and taking care of the customer. Safety is their number one priority. They have procedures in place to help prevent any infection. The rest is up to the customer. I was really impressed. Great customer service and prices. Highly recommend!

Being clean is their first priority. It's amazing that they take the time to make sure it's clean, because honestly, who wants to go to a dirty piercing parlor? Staff was great, making sure I understood everything, went over things with me and explained once more before I left. Doug was gentle on each of my piercings he's done. They always ask me to sit, take it easy in case i were to pass out. They care loads for their customers. They may seem a bit pricey, but it's location, and for the amount of skill I've witness while coming, I think it deserves every penny. Haven't been dissatisfied yet, and highly doubtful I will.

I've heard so many great things about this place but i was very disappointed. I came in with my mom after i had to take out my daith piercing for an MRI. I'm 16 so my mom had to accompany me, i just needed them to put it back in so it wouldn't close up. I understood that because we didn't have the same last name that they couldn't do it. that wasn't the problem though, they looked at my mom as if she was trash. they were rude and so unkind to her. i've never been so disappointed in a place before. my mom works her butt off and only cares about other people. the judgment coming from the two people working made me feel so uneasy. i would never recommend this place to anyone. they will not ever see me back here and they won't see any of my friends either.

I came in to re pierce my belly, Doug took a look and gave his very professional honest opinion and informed me that my scar tissue could possibly reject it and he's advise against it. So I decided to do my tongue. Soooo happy! He did a phenomenal job! The place is very clean, professional and great staff. The young man who helped me at counter was amazing as well! Job well done guys, I'd give you 10 stars of I could!

Had a great experience getting my helix pierced by Doug. He was super kind and very thorough. I think he did a great job as my healing process so far has been good. The rest of the staff was very kind as well. Little pricey but I think it was worth it!

Pretty expensive for a piercing place, but I guess because of the location in 5 points. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Only one person available to do piercings, so my best friend and I had to wait a little over an hour. The piercer was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle.

Yes yes yes. These people are fantastic! Top notch studio for sure. Everything is more than the requirement as far as sanitation and the legal aspect. The guys were extremely professional and helpful. I would go HERE for any piercing.

I refuse to go anywhere else for my piercing needs. Immaculate is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clean! They do their best to make sure you leave with what you need
