Been staying here for work Clean rooms just beds and stuff need updated Didn't sleep too good due to bed being very uncomfortableif this hotel had the beds updated it would be rated higher in my bookbut friendly staff and friendly prices

Excellent Hotel, Clean Room, Nice Bed, Had to stay for 4 nights. It was vey comfortable stay. Hotel staff very helpful. You will find Walgreen, Sumter mall, McDonald, enterprise & many more within a mile from Hotel. Definitely would like to stay for next time.

Clean rooms, staff is helpful, free breakfast is pretty much a joke. Priced competitively. Decent part of town, close to restaurants and shopping.

One bed was super bouncy while the other was squishy. The pillows were very worn and needed to be replaced. Over all the room was clean and served its purpose which was to provide a bed for the night. Staff could have been a little more proactive and friendly. They weren't rude, just kind of meh which from a customer service stand point isn't what you're shooting for.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. BED BUGS WERE FOUND. This is probably the most shittest place I've ever stayed. The staff is nothing but toothless trash & Indians that are rude. These people yell in your face & accuse you of doing different things for no reason. I'm not sure what y'all go to a hotel for but I would like to relax & not be bothered. So if your looking somewhere that's customer friendly I would NOT suggest this place. Not to mention check out time is at 11 which I understand but some people wake up when they knock on the door. Therefore you need just a little time to get your things together. If you are not leaving the time they knock they harass you & say they are calling the police.

Very poor customer service roaches In the room the breakfast is horrible and they do not like to replenish anything nasty attitudes when you ask the lady at the front desk curses children out when there in the pool or jus out getting fresh air very very rude and not worth what i spent for four days!! Also said they did not care if I gave them a bad rating for the horrible and rude customer service

Would never stay here again if it was free. Filthy bathroom, coffee stains on wall, worn bed sheets. Loud outside with motorcycles in out . Did not feel safe at all. When we arrived there was waste in our toilet.
