Very nice room but tv wouldn't stut off would stay there again they nerd to up grade there tvs

Barely decent and over priced extended stay hotel. Rooms are only cleaned when a guest leaves or once per week during your stay (every 7th day), no extra towels, towels were rough and hard, and water in the bath tub ran brown for the 1st 10 min. Staff is nice and it is newly built so it looks nice but the amenities and actual quality left much to be desired.

Not great, not the worst in my experience, but needs work. The hotel needs a scrub top to bottom. Carpets are dingy, mold/stains on ceiling, and faulty electrical fixtures were problems in my room. On the up side the bed was very comfortable, excellent water pressure on the top floor, and a nice staff.

The Great American Solar Eclipse brought us to Sumter SC and the Candlewood Suites. Our overall experience was very good, but the best part was the genuinely flawless customer service provided by Gina, the evening desk manager.

Excellent hotel good kitchens in the room, and the beds are wonderful outdoor grill under shelter with a tv definitely am going to stay here again.

Internet connection was difficult to connect to, remote had no batteries in it and would skip channels, room service never showed up to clean, tub was clogged

Friendly service, rooms aren't huge but adequate, they have a 2 queen rm and a king/hidabed room that is two separate spaces.

We enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were like one room studio apartments. The rooms and property were clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and always welcomed you "home" when you came in in the evening. They even have a small selection of games, movies, and kitchen appliances you can borrow during your stay.

If you are looking for a pet friendly hotel in or around Sumter, this is the one you should plan on. There is a designated area out back for a pet walk with convenient bags to pick up after your furry one. Staff was pleasant and helpful. One thing I would change is bigger TV's in the rooms as they are located far from the bed.
