Granite & Cabinet Works was extremely professional and so polite.
We hired him to install our kitchen Quartz, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
He came out to take some initial measurements and create templates,
and within a few days he had all the countertops cut and ready for installation.
His prices are unbeatable, and with his quality of work is impeccable.

Ordered two granite countertops for two bathrooms. Made several changes before the installation.They were very flexible. I live in a condo complex.They were easy to accommodate. Ran a power cord from my second floor condo down to the area where they cut the stone. They installed two countertops in less than two hours, and they cut them to fit perfectly. I was so impressed.Thank you Granite & Cabinet !!

I recently replaced our counter tops and was very happy with Granite & Cabinet Works. Bob was very patient and helpful, answering all my questions and leading me through the whole process. We met at the warehouse multiple times to look at the remnants and to chose ours. There was a good variety and the prices were very reasonable. We were able to template the piece to our liking and the installation was done very nicely. Any issues that came up were dealt with promptly. I would recommend them and will use them in the future!

Bob was extremely helpful and pleasant. Outside of a few scheduling issues, the counter-tops and work were excellent. Price was very competitive and they worked with us as we picked out our product. Randy and his team were attentive to detail. Very satisfied with our choice

We chose Granite & Cabinet Works for the project after visiting many showrooms and getting several estimates. We started with getting the estimate for cabinets and countertops at their showroom. Bob was very patient and showed us the samples and explained how the job would be done. He also gave us the estimate. When we decided that G & C Works will do the job for us, we met with Randy at the warehouse to pick the countertop. We found Randy also very patient and pleasant to work with. The crew showed up on time on the day of installation and did a very professional and neat installation. They even took care of the plumbing and new appliances installation for a reasonable charge.
I must also mention that they did a small project for us few years ago at our previous home when we had to get our existing kitchen countertop opening (for cooktop) widened to accommodate a new and bigger cooktop, when other vendors would not do it for fear of breaking the stone countertop. Then too, G & C Works did a very professional and neat work.
We are very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Granite & Cabinet Works to anyone looking to have cabinets/countertops installed.

Things started out well this place has a nice showroom and granite selection, and the salesperson that worked with me was very friendly and helpful. However, when it came time to make the deposit (after taking the time to choose my granite, get measurements, etc.), the estimate increased by 50%. Part of the increase was completely understandable - extra support had to be built in, and they didn't know that until they came to measure. However, the rest of the cost increase was due to an error in how much the salesperson quoted me, and then they refused to honor the quoted price. (This was not fixing the estimate because the measured amount was greater than my guess, this was a legitimate quoting error.)

The refusal to honor a quoted price annoyed me a little bit, but in talking with the salesperson as a follow-up, it cemented my decision to bring my business elsewhere. I got lots of excuses but no solutions. ("The owner is already doing you a favor by only charging $300 to remove your granite countertops; normally it's $700", to which I say baloney, and "I only work part time and I'm dealing with a lot personally right now so that's why my original quote was wrong", and my personal favorite "This situation has been really difficult for the owner and for the guy that communicates the final quotes." My apologies for their troubles.) What if they have the same approach if a mistake gets made on the job? Excuses but no solutions? That's not great customer service.

I'm sure they do a great job for some people - other reviews seem to indicate that. The end result might've looked nice, had I decided to work with this company. The price didn't seem too bad. I just wouldn't recommend working with them if customer service is important to you.

They just put in a cabinet for my dear friend. She is elderly and does not hear very well. They took advantage of her. They did a sloppy job and did not check their work. Two screw were set too deep and the drawers below would not open.

They refused to fix it unless she paid $100. to come back out. Then when they came out, they charged her $157.

I have told her to call the BBB, AARP, the village hall and anyone she can until get her money back. This is extortion.

If you are reading this, then I have recinded this, because I have not heard they have paid her back yet.

It forced me to give one start.

Awesome job, sales rep Bob was responsive to our needs with no sales pressure. Randy laid out the granite perfectly and installation was top notch and Randy even came out to ensure installation was perfect. Stop here before checking out other places, you won't be sorry you did!

I ordered a kitchen remodeling from here. It was reasonably priced and well done. Before even doing the job, Randy came personally and helped us with all our cabinets as well, at no charge. This place is definitely very top notch.
