I booked a 300sq ft room on Airbnb from Graham Properties (a new listing on Airbnb platform). I booked the right dates, just the wrong month, so I called the hosts number right after booking it. I spoke with a "Bernice" pretty sure it was actually the one of the owners trying to act like a property mgr. Bernice said she was driving and would call me back to discuss. Since they had a strict cancellation I let her know time is of the essence. While I waited for Bernice to call me back I spoke with Airbnb. When Bernice finally called back she was so curt! (I am a Super host on airbnb also), and less than 39mins went by since I booked the place I paid 650.00. Bernice was NOT willing to change the month unless I paid $1025.00! Or, I would lose my 650.00 I already paid! She was gouging and totally strong arming me, flat out extortion! She said it was over Thanksgiving, even though I was checking out 3days before Thanksgiving She said it goes for $200.00 a night a joke for 300sq ft room plus I looked at another place in the same building over Thanksigving time and it's only 70.00 a night!! Bernice and Graham Properties are both a huge disservice to Airbnb and Hawaii! Airbnb returned ALL of my money! Bernice can take her calculator and put it where the sun don't shine, the mafia mentality may work for her in Property Management but it's NOT going tm work in the hospitality industry where tourism is everything!

On of property manager was rude to me and my wife and said he didn't want to rent to "our type"
