  This was the second opportunity I had to work with Darren and Gwen. The first time, I selected a different realtorthat was a mistake! The second time, I selected Darren and Gwenthat was a WISE decision! Nobody knows the area market better than Darren and GwenNOBODY! They have more history, closed sales, successful transactions, and happy clients than anyone in the area. And it's NOT by happenstancethey're masters of their craft! They provided almost clairvoyant advice as where to price my house, when to list, what to do prior to listing, how long it would take to sell, and how long it would take to close. They were 100% correct on ALL accounts! If you're looking to list in the areayou'd be a fool to look elsewhere. Darren and Gwen are the BESTbar none!

  We were initially apprehensive of buying a house during uncertain times, yet ready to get out of an apartment and invest in our future. Working with Darren and Gwen provided the information, guidance, and ultimately confidence we needed to make an offer on our first home.
  
  They are friendly and responsive, know the Seattle area market amazingly well, and set realistic expectations. With multiple offers on the house, their expertise and strategy were key in beating out other offers by a small margin and still within our budget. They were genuinely invested in our best interested, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
  
  We highly recommend them!

  Working with Darren & Gwen Munson during the recent sale of our home was a wonderful experience. Not only are they professional and very skilled in what they do, they are kind, gracious, and really pleasant real estate agents. I highly recommend them! They are simply the best in the Silver Firs and Mill Creek area!

  Darren and Gwen Munson did a fantastic job in representing my wife and me in the recent sale of our home in Silver Firs. They gave us great advice in prepping our home for sale, marketed it expertly, and were professional and supportive throughout.   We listed our home with Darren & Gwen Munson near Mill Creek, WA, in the Falls subdivision. They were incredibly professional, with keen attention to detail and made suggestions on staging and updating our home that were beneficial. Selling a home can be very stressful and lead to anxiety. Darren & Gwen were not only calmly to us, they are great soul - soothers. We highly recommend Darren & Gwen as the best real estate team in the market. Michele & John Weber
