The process of selling my home has been easier than I could have ever imagined thanks to the team at GG homes. From the initial phone contact with Tyler, the home visitation by Seth, and the ever present Rachel keeping me informed and answering all of my first time seller questions. The offer they made on my condo was fair; I think having reasonable expectations is key. I would not hesitate to recommend selling a home to GG homes to anyone who doesn’t have the time, resources, or inclination to prepare a home for the selling process. No repairs, no open houses and the ability to close escrow on your timeframe. These were all considerations for me during this seamless, professional process.

It was super scary for me after burying my Dad and Mom to have to sell their home. The team at GG homes were so kind and patient with me explaining in simple terms what I needed to do. When I was in tears it was more like talking to a dear friend. I can say with 100% assurance that it is rare to be able to find such a company. Every person I dealt with was exceptional.

We were planning to sell our home and move to Texas after I wasn't offered a job with housing elsewhere in CA. The first cash buyer was not on top of things and eventually offered to cancel. GG Homes called and offered us more money, fast closing, and seemed on top of things. We were in escrow and a contractor came out who said they were going to use our home as a rental. Less than 2 weeks prior to closing while we were LITERALLY in Texas about to sign a lease, GG Homes pulled out of escrow supposedly due to our PPA solar. When we called our solar provider they said a Karen (literal and figurative) called and was quite rude. This Karen refused to join a call with us and them to figure something out. They could've saved a potential renter or buyer a great deal of money on their bills. In addition, they had the option to purchase the system outright after another 4ish years. Thank God we did not sign a lease or pay a deposit in Texas, and that we can stay in our home until it sells on the MLS. If the deal breaker was really about the solar, then they should have done their research before taking us through all the hassle.

Phenomenal company and great group of people. They are focused, energetic, knowledgeable and personable. Every single one of the people I dealt with were so helpful, caring and prompt. They really treated me well. I had difficult tenants who were very hard to remove. GG Homes and their attorneys got it done. Thank you soooo much each and every one of you. Special thanks to Trina Miller and Christie!!! I highly recommend GG Homes!

My Wife and I bought our first home in the US through GG Homes back in September 2018 and we LOVE it! They did such an amazing job! 😍😍😍
Great seeing a company that cares about their product and their clients. Can't recommend enough!
