  I had the AMAZING pleasure of working with Tim Endress and his team (Taylor and Amanda). I never once felt in the dark, and every question was answered. From the beginning of my home search, Tim made sure I knew all my options, gave me advice and held my hand every step of the way. Tim even contacted me to answer questions on his WEDDING weekend! Literally went above and beyond. Easy smooth 20- Day closing. I'd recommend Tim to any and everyone looking to purchase a home. I could not be happier. Thank you also to Taylor/Amanda, who was lightening fast with both responding and shipping out documents super fast. I was clear to close ONE WEEK before my ON-TIME 20-day close!

  As if they needed another 5 star review! Well deserved! Nelson Garcia was instrumental in making the entire process of getting a mortgage streamlined. He and the team were very hands on and communicative. They helped with every little question and then some, from well before we opened escrow to after we moved in. Amazing. Thank you Moreira Team!!

  I found Moreira Team through Google reviews, so it's only fair that I leave a note about my experience with them. I filled out their online mortgage form and sent a follow-up email for additional questions. I was contacted by Tim Endress, who was my contact for the duration of my engagement. Tim was so sincere about helping ME. I spoke with him several times on the phone, each time he was immensely helpful in reviewing my financials through when I signed my contract on the house I picked out. Tim even offered to review the contact for me, to make sure that things looked good. Even though I had informed Tim that I would probably be going with a different lender whom my realtor had experience with, Tim didn't pressure me to go with him (comparable rates). Instead, he worked with his management team and BEAT the rate I was offered by a mile and made the deal sweeter with "no discount." His rate saved about a hundred dollars per month and thousands at closing. Once I decided to go with Tim, he made the process extremely simple, highlighting his wealth of experience and ensured that I was able to close in less than 30 days. During the closing process, I had some unique circumstances where I needed to pass on Power of Attorney to someone else as I wouldn't be able to be there physically at closing-- Tim facilitated that also without any headaches for me.
  
  All in all, I am extremely thankful to have worked with Tim and his team for my first home. I'll be plugging them on any opportunity I get with friends and family.

  As a first time homebuyer, going through the process was a little daunting at first. However, from the very first call my husband and I had with Charles, the support and information shared with us to make sure we understood next steps and expectations helped me to feel confident. We were in such great hands working with the Moreira team! I can't say enough about their quick communications and the kindness of everyone we interacted with. Thank you, Charles and the Moreira team for guiding us through our first home purchase.

  The Moreira Team came highly recommended from a close family friend who has used them for several of his deals. Al, Taylor (my mortgage processor and main point-of-contact) and her team were all amazing! Both Taylor and Al were lightning quick to respond and were so patient, answering all my dumb questions so thoroughly as we worked through my home refinance together. Taylor was friendly, diligent and had so much integrity. I was almost sad for closing day because in the month or so we spent talking regularly, Taylor was like a friend. I highly recommend the Moreira Team!
