Depends on the day. Some days I find nice things, some days I don't.
Just left, Tyler, the cashier. Rude and took forever because he decided to spend more time joking about “dead” people, and telling me I’m extremely impatient when I sat there for a few minutiae while you were trying to joke with your co workers, stopped middle transaction to ask the gentleman to his left, “how do you deal with customers like this every day?”. I purchased two things. This took over 5 minutiae. I swiped my card three times and the screen wasn’t ready. And you stood there telling me I’m extremely impatient because you have buttons to press on the screen and just stood there staring at me and talking with your co workers. Definitely will not come back, at least not to his register. Even my 3 year old became impatient because of how long this took.
Lots of nice stuff, but disorganized. I am not happy that jewelry can only be found online now.
Stopped by Goodwill store after my meeting which was at their big conference room. I was looking for a iphone dock and found many of these. However there were scattered throughout with some missing their power cords etc. Tested out a couple and then decided to go with something that has a remote. I really hope people shopping there would put things back where they belong and help the center to keep stuff organized.
There is a male manager who usually works second shift maybe 40 years old or so, who is extremely rude, accusatory, and argumentative. What happened to the customer comes first?? I've spent thousands of dollars at their stores. The last thing anyone deserves is to be treated like garbage. This gentleman needs serious retraining when it comes to customer service. Some of the other workers who stock seem to enjoy throwing stuff on the shelves (which explains why so much stuff is broken). I will never donate here again after witnessing the appalling treatment of people's generous donations. I've even complained about it to a manager, she basically blew me off. In addition, the pricing is apparently done by out of touch staff. I equate it to a bad, overpriced rummage sale. They also put the stickers over labels and even ruin things by writing all over items. If anyone there cares, they will institute some sort of pricing standard and stop writing on things. Stop being greedy and overcharging .
Always find something. A little messy though. Like
the music lately. Can't stand the "new" so called music. Still to loud also.
Always big collection and sales. Never had a problem here. Good for ballin on a budget!
Always find some great items for great prices. Staff was wonderful today too
they always have good stuff. like purses and dress not damage. looks brand new.
Sometimes you can find a good deal, but most of the time you are better off buying new at Wal-Mart. I understand the money goes for a good cause, but prices for things they get for free is crazy.
They have to much stuff.I just wanted to leave but I cou
ldnt,I was with someone else.
Many more options for quality products than other Goodwill stores. The price is right, that's for sure.
I almost never find good items here anymore. I believe it has to do with the reoccurring customers that are there almost every week.
I usually can find good things, but check your bags before you leave. Multiple times I get home and something is not in the bag or they forget to give me my small bag. Often with new young employees. I really hate dumb people who can't work register positions!
Great selection of high quality items. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the better Goodwill's I have been to.
