GREAT LOCATION! I rather like this location better then the Mayfair location. Mayfair location was trashy and ghetto.
Brookfield location was helpful. Will be shopping at this location again soon.response / report this review -

I've actually had nothing but good experiences at this particular Spencer's. When you smile at the staff and ask politely, they smile and help you back! Interesting concept, right? People need to stop being so whiny and impatient!

Was waiting over 20 minutes to get customer service at the jewelry case standing and repeatedly asked for service and got ignored the customer service rep was sitting on the floor doing nothing and the other customer servicr reps were walking around ignoring me when I asked for help 5 different times . Very rude! Would not recommend coming to spencers for anything what happened to their regular staff? No one helped me so very rude !!!!! Teens run the store no offense but these teens didn't have any personality . Or people skills and should not be working they were very rude and disrespectful!!!!!!
