What a bs place and their sh$@t employees. I call to ask for a pair of rings I order and they told me they are there and come to pick it up, my wife went and they told her there is nothing there. What a joke this place.

My boyfriend bought me a bracelt for valentines day and we've had to return it twice now. First because it had a bent post and now a diamond fell out. Would never expect this from Shaw's VERY disappointed
