Beautiful new store, great selection. A welcome edition to their neighborhood and the location is fantastic. Just a block away from me! Great meatless options. The coffee is bold, rich and flavorful and hot food and salad bar selections are A-one.

While this location is one of the "better" Pick N' Save locations to frequent, one thing that has remained consistent is their poor customer service. The cashiers aren't too bad, but the grocery and stock associates are useless whenever you're looking for a specific item. For instance, I inquired about organic mangoes with a produce associate who's been working there for at least 7 years now. Alongside not giving any eye contact, he pointed to the organic section and stated "If you don't see any there I guess we don't sell them". Needless to say, he was blatantly rude. And you bet your bottom dollar their corporate office will be hearing from me. By the way, I went a little further down the road to Whole Foods where they had fresh mangoes waiting for me to buy, along with much better service too!

This store is constantly changing the products in the store two different locations making it very difficult to shop. I used to go into the store and go directly to what I wanted get it and leave. It took a very short period of time. Now I have to look everywhere. Another thing I stopped in there today and they opened up the liquor store so that when you walk in the closest store to Humboldt you see all these bottles of liquor lined up shelf after self. I'm a recovering alcoholic and I do not appreciate this. I take the bus to Pick n Save and now they've opened up the whole liquor store so that I have to walk through it.

Negative 3.. if you don't have to go. Do not for about 10 days.. this place will be a disaster as the makeover is going to last til end of February.. 2018.

Customer service is about mid-point. I wish the store had brighter lights, brighter wall colors, etc.

Big, spread out, good products. I would not say cheap but not overwhelming either Conveniently located close to a bus stop.

The beginning of my visit started off well; I was able to find everything I needed. Then this is when everything went downhill...the cashier (KEYONDIS) registrer 7 had absolutely 0% customer service skills or character. I got no greeting & no thank you, in fact I even greeted her with a hello only to get no response. Training in this area is definitely needed immediately! This ruined my whole visit!

Frequently have to cross the store to get one of the few hand baskets, product range has dropped with the new owners. Two check out clerks with 42 carts and baskets in line.

Love it love love it had some very good assistance on my visit today. One of which was picking a new brand of clumping kitty litter since chairman Bob is out and the second was jalapeno cheddar beef sticks waiting to see when we'll have it available the young man said a few days yeah.👍

Usually more stocked than Wal-Mart so that's why I come here. Today 6/29, my cashier, Brie, kept checking her phone (FB, FB messenger, etc.) while scanning my items. Her phone was literally on the counter and she's just scrolling through. Um, first off, why do you have your phone? Does management not care whether they have their phones out or not? I know it's not a 'professional' job, but I don't think "scroll through your fb newsfeed" is in the job description.

Today the big bags of carrots had no price on shelf. Bottle of Olive Oil did not ring up shelf tag sale price so it had to have an override which held up checkout line. This type of thing happens every time I shop here. If there is a sale price on shelf I always take a picture. Items constantly ring up incorrectly. Produce section is a mess. There are sale tables where produce is randomly displayed and there are always items that have no price. I always have to waste time finding someone to get a price. Entire store is set up haphazardly..It's impossible to find anything. Salted in the Shell peanuts were by the Frozen pies. Makes no sense. In general it seems that items that are not on sale are expensive. Liqour department is marginal and prices are higher than liqour store. Big cans of beer are reasonable for the river people and homeless that hit you up for change in parking lot. One good thing about store is Checkers are excellent and patient with all the overrides.
