I think the hours are messed up. They used to be open till 10 now they rolled it back to 9. I see a lot of business doing this in janesville and i think it is wrong. You're in business to serve ALL your customers not just your cronies. There is nothing to do around here and leaders are tranforming this place into a depression zone of house mouses.

Every time I come here there's never anyone around to help me. Today I wandered around trying to find something for at least 20 minutes and never saw an employee. And then they didn't even have what I came for.

I Asked were the catnip was and the employee was supper helpful. She showed me multiple option which I really liked. Ill be going back soon. Its was a fun experience

Employee's are Friendly, Helpful & Honest some items are pricey while other's are not. Nice fish selection all very healthy so far we've bought several salt water and now 2 freshwater betta's and their adjusting amazingly!!

Didnt have my fish filters, public bathrooms were disgusting so i can only imagine what the animal cages in back must look like. Ferrets had no litter box and an empty food dish. I only gave it two stars bc they at least had ferret supplies, the bettas had visual barriers between them, and the cashier was nice.
