Worst store manager ever here at this store. Bought a jacket for my daughter at Christmas , 3 months later zipper not working and she tells me she 's had coats from there that have lasted forever and will not take a return , terrible training program obviously . You lost a customer for life

I think it's a job requirement to be a snob to customers at Aberceombie. It's been this way since I was 9 a nd shopped the kids store . It's not the specific store it's the company as a whole. They hire people to who look good and are socially inept and not good and nice people who want to assist others. I stopped shopping there personally over 5 years ago but whenever I go in there at Christmas to get gifts for my cousins, I pretty much expect to be ignored and stared at like an insect as soon as I walk through the entrance.

the people who work here are nothing but shallow preppy pricks!! I heard some employee thots making fun of an overweight girl for not fitting into a pair of shorts! There's a reason I don't shop at these overpriced douchebag preppy white kid stores!!! These stores make society look bad with their shallow bullshit and narcissism! Most of the employees are fake as hell and they are only nice to the attractive looking people Basically these stores are for rich athletic good looking kids on the lake. Smh!
