Horrible smelly hotel!!! (Roach place)
Don't spend your money.
Room smelled . Nothing worked TV, ironing board was broken, sink clogged and drain smelled. Portable a.c. that was LOUD!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Stay in your car insead!!!response / report this review -

Have been here couple times. Not bad. Has laundry room which is nice. It seems to attract different walks of life. One of the cheaper places to stay.

The first time I stayed it was pleasant the people were very friendly. The second time around the lady working the front desk was very rude. They were doing construction didn’t bother to tell us they were doing construction and put us in a room were there was construction. Very unsatisfactory!

The bed has to be thee most important item in a hotel/motel, from the covers to the pillows and of course the mattress, big fail in this area, everything else was pleasant. The pillows were the worst thing for me so if you must try and bring your own! Had I known in advance I had given a three star but did not sleep well and rather grumpy at the moment, so there :/

The inn is located on Front Street in Old Town Temecula. It’s close to nearby shops and restaurants for those interested. The problem is with the accommodations itself. The room was not what I expected from online photographs. It was painted using multiple colors but with little or no prep work. We stayed during the winter months and heat was supplied by a portable space heater. It was very loud when used a emitted a bright orange glow making sleep difficult. The mattresses were extremely hard and the bedding dirty. We also requested a non-smoking room but the room next to ours allowed smoking so we also had to deal with the strong odor of marijuana filtering into our room through the vents. The staff was notified and the brought in a ozone generator to combat the odor. Though the rate was inexpensive, I’d recommend looking for lodging elsewhere.

The pool and hot tub are in clear view of the parking lot/street, so it is not very private. Renovation is currently under way, but it isn't high quality construction (e.g. the shower drain was the high point in the bathroom) - plus it is noisy. The location is great and within walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants. Overall though, not high enough quality for what I paid for the room.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to shopping. The air conditioner didn’t work so had to open the window to cool off the room. When we went the next morning to check out the breakfast items provided there were some items not available. The office personnel showed me where the hot water was when I questioned it. I looked for tea bags. He told me they didn’t have any and seemed like he hated to be there. I think the personnel should make the customer feel important and try to be helpful so they would like to return another time. I don’t feel like I would return.

There's a younger kid that works here. Great customer service on the phone and when I needed things. When I checked in there was an older man who seem to have no personality and was just trying to get me out of the office. Overall the stay was OK the room was decent although the cleaning ladies don't know how to clean we found a hairbrush under our bed and an old water bottle in our fridge also the tub was dirty therefore we wore flip-flops in the shower. We had a few ants in the bathroom from the heat luckily I got the younger kid. He came up and sprayed Immediatley and was super nice. I mean for the price of this place if you're someone who can roll with the punches this is a great place.

We had basic essentials we needed for the evening but I would next time choose another option on staying overnight if having to choose. Friendly service isn't on there menu. There's alack of cleanliness as well. Disliked overall

This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had a hotel! The first room we were given was extremely hot and we asked for assistance from the staff (which he came and turned it down to 61) after two hours we were still dripping in sweat from it being so hot. We registered for a room with two double beds and after the air conditioner was not working we were moved to a room with one king and a "roll out couch bed" which basically was hard as a rock (I still feel pain in my back from sleeping on it). When we asked for pillows and sheets for the roll out bed, we were given pillows and told "sorry we don't have any clean pillow cases" which is disgusting we had to use our clothes on top of them because I did not want to use a pillow without a pillow case on it. I cannot believe that we paid almost $200 dollars for this room!!! It was a total joke! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. When I called to see about getting a little money back for being placed in a room with one king bed and that horrible roll out bed they then told me well actually that room costs more money you got a deal staying in there because it's a suite. All I can say is RUN, RUN, RUN! I will also be posting this on Yelp! You guys need to put some of this money that your charging for rooms and use to buy pillow cases and to fix your AC units!

This hotel is a dump. Avoid it if you can. I over-paid to stay one night during the July 4th weekend. What a mistake! The room was right on the street and there was a band playing across the street until late. I could not sleep!

Conveniently located at one end of Old Town Temecula, we checked in on a Saturday. The room is not too large, but it is cozy and clean. It is simple and well organized, and quiet and dark at night. Would definitely stay again.
