I trust these people and when choosing a mechanic - skill, cost & trust are what you hope to get. Their employees are great, the cost is fair (not cheap but you truly get what you pay for & not expensive either, fair), they can usually get me an appointment for the day & time I need, they're super nice, nice waiting area & most importantly, I trust them. I'd highly recommend!

They did a good job, but it was a basic tire change. The price was outrageous just to swap out 2 tires that I had brought with me. I should have gotten a quote before letting them mess with my car.

I showed up 5 min before they were supposed to close but they welcomed me in and got me squared away with an appointment for my truck. They took me where I needed to go when I dropped it off and brought me my truck when it was done. They made sure I got the rebate for my tires, had the best price I've seen on an oil change and all the guys were so nice! I will definitely be back!

I am so appreciative of this company. My boyfriend and his two kids were stranded on the side of the highway with a blown tire. I initially called to ask if they just carried the tires to know if I should have it towed there. Once I explained that he did not have the money on him and that I would have to pay over the phone she told me that was fine. She also recommended a towing company who wouldn't take payments over the phone but allowed the billing to go through Goldsboro Tire Pros so I could pay it via phone. Both company's were very understanding of the situation and seemed to care. That means a lot now a days. He was picked up within an hour even though the guy was out on another call when I contacted them and Goldsboro Tire Pro had his tire changed within an hour even though they had to go pick it up at another location. I am so grateful that I called them before anyone else. Also, I was expecting the tow and tire to be more than it was. Reasonable pricing.

I had an issue with a used car I recently purchased. Goldsboro Tire pros test drove it, put it on their alignment rack, figured out what was causing the problem, gave me a printout describing the issues, and didn't charge me a thing. Great people friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate take your car to them.

I have 2 luxury cars that I have been getting all my servicing needs done at GTP since 2009. If my servicing calls for something extensive they tell me the truth and tell me to go to my dealership to get that done. I've had a set of tires on my SUV since May of 2010 and was told I still have 10-15,000 on them! They take care of my cars, are honest, are the best value in town and I know if I ever need ANYTHING (vehicle wise) they would not hesitate to help me! As a military spouse whose husband is always gone- I never feel alone because I know they will take care of me! Thank you Goldsboro Tire Family!

Very friendly, professional, and best price in town. Their shop is large enough to get you in quickly and the knowledgeable staff performs great work. As another review mentioned, I also experienced them noticing and fixing small issues on my vehicle without even charging extra. I will be a customer as long as I live here.
