Claims they did a diagnostic test but could not produce a diagnostic test result. I also have an extended warranty with them and they made me pay for the test. Ford nor Chevrolet does that. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN AGAIN IN MY LIFETIME.

Max Hitchcock was such an amazing car salesman! Right off the bat he asked what I was wanting and made sure to find and keep everything in my budget! He never once tried to get me to go for something else or raise my budget. Instead of the dread you feel when you are at the dealership I felt like I was working with a friend, who wanted to ensure I left with what I needed. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they are looking at getting a new vehicle!

This was my first time purchasing a Nissan. I know we were fortunate to have Cia as our sales person as he was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the product. I had a very specific list of what I wanted in a vehicle in regard to color and options. Cia found them all! I never felt pressured and sure I made them crazy as I visited multiple times before deciding to purchase. I ended up with a Rogue. It has only been one day but really enjoying driving it and learning all the crazy gadgets, bells, and whistles.

Our experience at Nissan of Melbourne went very smooth as we were treated very well. Christian was very fair and helped us find the right compact SUV for our family. Christian's work ethic was evident throughout all of our interactions. He worked hard for us and when coupled with his charisma, friendliness, & great sense of humor, I'm happy to say Christian is a young man with a strong character.
