Giant is the only food store I go to, so I am only comparing it to other giant stores, and previous experience in a different market.
This place has the potential to be a great shopping experience once they finalize the design. Currently, the aisles aren't completely marked and some don't describe the aisle contents 100%.
Besides just a few of these hiccups, this store offers a lot! Beer and wine, prepared hot and cold foods, everything you could imagine from a grocerer. For those that have "furry babies", a full aisle is dedicated to your four-legged babies.response / report this review -

Great selection of foods and they have beer and wine! The staff was very helpful with locating items. Horse and buggy covered parking in the lot as well.

Giant in Lititz. Tonight I was looking for an Item that is always in different places in the store. Three associates helped to locate the item and one associate walked with me all over the store to find and went to the back to see if any there, to no avail we could not find it. I went back one more time and found it on the aisle we thought it was on, there was something blocking it. Thank you to those three wonderful associates tonight.

It was great, has beer section now with bar like seating and electrical outlets. Find it to be a better experience then the Weis beer cafe!

I give it 5 Stars only because of the very nice and wonderful people that work there but as far as price is concerned it is ridiculously high prices other than that it was a great experience thank you employees is Giant in Lititz Pennsylvania

Great customer service at front desk by Mr. Cody May! I visited on 7/31/17 & the entire 'quick checkout' area was closed. I had just spent 1.5 hours shopping with the hand held price reader for a quick & easy checkout, which it is designed for. He saw the dilemma & I cashed out in 5 seconds at the front desk. Kudos for his quick thinking.

Fast, accurate, super friendly employees! Everytime! Thank u! Five the sweet tour brunette that worked Saturday morning a raise she always has a smile and is always super helpful! The main pharmacist this sat morning was great too just didn't get to interact as well. But she's always been sweet from all encounters and probably deserves something for a job well done as well. The giant prescription saving card is the best. Thank u!!!

Cons: Produce section needs a lot more attention. Onions are always old, the fruit selection is usually picked over especially at the end of the weekend.
Pros: They have scanners that you can take with you and self-bag as you shop which is a big bonus, especially when shopping with kids.
The Giant in Ephrata is the gold standard in the area IMO and the Lancaster giant has a beer selection, giving this giant tough competition.response / report this review -

Most of the staff were friendly, however a food sampler that was supposed to be handing out cereal samples wasn't at their stand and the samples were just sitting on the table. This was disappointing as I wanted to know about the product and be greeted friendly there. The check out process was fast and easy and the cashier was very friendly.

How do you not have some many produce items in stock ever? There is no one ever working at check out lines. They are all outside by the entrance smoking cigarettes.

If you want good deals on groceries, but lose your mind while shopping this is the place for you. I only go here because it cheaper than stauffers, but I hate going in there. I cringe every time I step foot in the door of this place. There is only a handful of cashiers that are nice. There is only one guy that I have ever seen clean while doing isle checks.
