They had a beautiful set up, I ate in the kitchen side of the market, they had another side that had breakfast and pastries. The dish I ate was beautiful, it was pretty to look at as well as delicious tasting. The best part was that I was allowed to draw on the table, they provide crayons, but I was prepared with my own pencil. Very good place to have a nice meal, good place for a date or even to bring family.

Had their happy hour menu and wine flight before catching a train. While the servers were a little forgetful, the food was good and the wine selection wonderful. I wouldn't have tried Arizona wines before. Can't wait to go back if I'm in the area again

Our initial experience wasn't necessarily good, but certainly not bad enough to leave a review. The food was honestly pretty average. All of the servers were nice, despite messing up our orders twice (giving me a hot chai instead of an iced one, and forgetting to bring out my friend's onions and capers for her bagel). The main reason I'm leaving this review is because about an hour after eating there, the third member of our party became incredibly nauseous, saying it was "the worst [he's] ever felt." The nausea lasted for about two hours, and the only thing we could think of that could have possibly caused it was the breakfast burrito he ate from here. In short, the sub par food and service was not worth the nausea that resulted. I would advise others to steer clear of Maynards, and will definitely not be returning myself.

We went here for the first time to celebrate our anniversary last night. While the food was amazing, we left disappointed in the service we received while dining. If you want to feel like a burden, forgotten about, or just plain ignored then this is the place to go. When visiting other establishments the servers have always warmly greeted us, asked if they can help familiarize us with the menu, they cared to ask if there was a special occasion, and actually made us smile. None of this was done last night. From the hostess stand to the dining table we felt ignored. The food was amazing. The service, not so much. We were so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave as soon as we could, so we didn’t even order desert. And instead we walked downtown for some ice cream. While we didn’t let this experience ruin our anniversary, I can tell you that we don’t plan on revisiting anytime soon.

Beautiful ambiance in the heart of Tucson’s historic downtown. Enjoy the fantastic happy hour drink specials crafted by the gorgeous, intelligent, and compassionate staff(We’re talking about you Amelia!) While you’re at it, try the mussels drenched in delicious wine sauce alongside their twice blanched fries. Wow.👌👌👌

Wow! What a great experience! Wine was really good, loved the minerality of the Pinot. The Barrio Bruschetta was excellent but what was over the top was the service. Even the bus boys had a wonderful smile & made us feel at home. I must emphatically complement Max Jones. He really went out of his way to make our evening special. I’m new to Tucson & will definitely become a regular of Maynard’s. Good Food, Excellent Wine & even better Service. Highly Recommended!

If I lived in Tucson, I'd be a regular at Maynards! Loved this place so much! Amazing, high-quality food prepared with care. Beautiful space and decor, very friendly service, and excellent wine selections!

Breakfast was great! The baked oatmeal with fresh berries was the best I have ever had. Taste like a warm oatmeal cookie! Yum!! My girls loved the yogurt with berries and the avocado toast. Don't wait in line at other places, this place is great!!

Very nicely done Maynards. Enjoyed breakfast and the view. This is a "Stop and smell the garden" place. They grow their own edible garden. Maynards also offers gardening classes. Loooking forward to attending a class or two. Very nice wine selection for a wine and dine. They also offer a very nice lunch. Homemade goodies. P.S. Also, visit the train stations' haunted museum. All sort of little shops around Lanyards. A little fun "Day Tripping".

From the bartender to the manager to the food to the ambianceI would highly recommend. I'm shocked there was not more of a crowd but perhaps it was the timing. I would definitely go back and am glad I went there. It was so chill and relaxed, and tastyevery bite. The shrimp was perfect, the oysters, and the pizza and the beer. Wow, was I happy to sit down for a few there and briefly chat with another patron and the bartender. The beer was also enjoyable. I would put this down on your Tucson list.

Pricey. But always great food. Patio is nice during summer evenings. It's blocked from the sub. Do you just get a nice warm breeze. Only wish the train didn't run right next to it.

I had a birthday celebration for my wife here and was utterly embarrassed. They messed up one of my guests order and didn't even try to make up for it. They told me while making the reservation that they would inform Management to acknowledge my wife's Birthday which they didn't. The worst part was before cutting the birthday cake at the end of the dinner, a manager came out and said that it's $2 a slice for cutting the cake? My party was astonished and upset. The food was good but overpriced especially for the portion they served. Will never go back

We came here for dinner this evening and was absolutely delicious! Truly I was blown away. I ordered a fish special at market price and couldn't believe how yummy it was. Can't recall the name of the fish but it was in the grouper family. It tasted very identical to crab meat.

I had my one year old daughter with and couldn't get her to eat anything, but she loved my fish! Service was friendly. Love it here, but it is pricey! $100+ for two people, however every penny was well spent.
