Scott my Sales Consultant and his manager went above and beyond to offer a fair price and accommodate my situation. I spent months researching and negotiating with several dealers to try and get a fair price. Gerry Wood Honda was the first dealership to really listen and get me everything I needed at a great price and to honor the agreed upon price. Also, they went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. Since it is difficult for me to travel currently, I was worried about the distance of the dealership from my home. They were so understanding of my situation that they delivered the car to my home. They made the whole process so easy and convenient for me. I am so happy. It is nice to know there are ethical dealerships out there like Gerry Wood Honda who are willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Thank you Scott and Gerry Wood Honda!

Great Salesperson! ButThe manager that I spoke to claimed all deals were the same at all honda dealerships - Well they're not- he's not the one shopping around. They can't price match because they add all these "extras" that somehow make the car worth $1,700 more -tint, wheel locks, truck tray- I don't want all this, I just want a car at a good price. He was rather rude too. I was much happier at flow honda - same new car was $2K cheaper.

Bought a Honda Civic 2016 on 10-10-17
Travis was a great salesman the car I really liked was not the car that was the best for what we needed
Instead he and Brandon found us a better car with a better warranty and with way.. less miles on it
Travis was very helpful and was never pushy about trying to sell just any car
Thank you very much
I would come back to buy another car from Travis without a second thought
Everything went in order and everyone worked together fast

We first arrived at Gerry Wood Honda late on a Saturday evening. We were greeted by a very informative sales person. This young man did not mind that it was near closing time and went above and beyond to show us the options that were in our price range. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the differences in the options. We decided to come back the following day and deal with the same sales person, who did a great job in closing the deal. Everyone we encountered from that point forward was also very nice and provided excellent customer service.

I had the greatest experience at Gerry Wood Honda. My salesman was Joseph McFadden and he and the finance manager were awesome. I was upside down in the vehicle I was trading in but they were patient and determined to work out a deal. And indeed they did, I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord and couldn't be happier. My experience here was phenomenal and I will be returning in the future. Highly recommend!!

I wish I could have given zero star but Google would not allow me to do that.

I have called the Internet Sales Manager and the Sales representative couple of times to confirm on an used vehicle ..They have confirmed it is not an accidental vehicle so drove 4 Hours to reach their facility

Reached their facility, could not got hold of the Internet Sales Manager and the Sales Representative Enter a new sales guy ..Requested for a CAR FAX copy but they insisted me to go for a test drive first Before the test drive we inspected the vehicle and found that rear fender was in a different shade of color and when we asked the sales representative he came with one of the wonderful BS answer and it states " The Sun rays fall on the mud guard and caused the color fade" I sensed something fishy about the answer he came with Test drive completed and went into to the office to talk about the CAR FAX and cost of the vehicle

Here comes the truth, CAR FAX was handed to over us in a shady print ..2/5 pages were printed in a blank , when asked for a better copy the sales rep brought in a better copy of CAR FAX It was an accidental vehicle and I found that CAR FAX owner-1 miles are incorrect.

Reviewed the cost details and found there is add on of $ 698 (Anti theft and Car pain guarantee BS) I was first informed it was a certified vehicle but it will cost me another $ 600 . ..I felt that I was deceived and tricked by Gerry Wood Honda since they are not upfront clear with their vehicle descriptions and for customers who travel for 4 Hours they should be atleast clear since it is a complete waste of time and money..

I hope my word of mouth spreads around and hope customers won't visit this place since they are scammers..

We have bought 3 vehicles from Gerry Wood over the past 5 years. Excellent customer service, in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and they made negotiating so easy and pleasant. It literally took only 40 minutes to buy a car from them today. Dylan the sales manager was awesome to deal with, Travis the sales rep really knew his stuff, and Steve the finance guy was efficient yet thorough. Highly recommend them! We've shopped for cars for decades and Gerry Wood Honda has been the best of all the dealers.
