OkI searched forever to find a great and honest dealership and here you go. I have been coming here many years and they always are honest and take great care of you. Its hard to leave when you drop your car off because I like talking to everyone and they remember you and have smiles everytime. Even take me to office and pick me up when car is ready.

I get my oil change is here and the service people are pretty nice but you will pay out the roof for repairs so I go elsewhere

This group of professionals are some of the easiest people to work with. Every time we have had any type of work done from maintenance to mechanical repair to recalls it has went down like clock work. Now we are dealing with the body shop, and once again nothing negative to say! It's just nice to see a group of people that actually care about what that do! Keep up the good work guy's, and ladies!!! Job well done!

Took my son's Xterra here to be fixed and turn off the light on the dash. We paid over $900 and the light was off when we picked it up. It came back on a few days later. We called and they said bring it back in and they would look at it. They told us it would be $1200-$1300 MORE than we had already paid. Basically, we paid them over $900 for an oil change because they didn't fix anything else they were supposed to. We will never do business with Ben Mynatt again.

I would like to give a huge shout out to "Cedric Banks" who was the BEST car-salesman in the business. He was phenomenal and was so helpful. The entire staff @ Ben Mynatt Nissan in Salisbury are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone! BTW.. I love my new 2017 Rogue!!

I've purchased a lot of trucks. This was BY FAR the best experience I had ever had. Deana was amazing. Charlie was hilarious and made me feel at home the entire time. On a deal that shouldn't have been able to be pushed through, they got it done. The next time you need a new ride, go here.you will NOT be disappointed. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Ben Mynatt Nissan! Just purchased another truck from these guys . Was a little in the negative in my equity but as usual these guys made it work to where i could get what i wanted at a price i could afford. Want to give a big shout out to Jeff, Cedric, Van, Joey and Stan for all your help with my new purchase. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!. If you need a new or used vehicle, give these guys a try. Don't think you will be disappointed! I want to give a special thanks to Deana Beaver for all the help she gave me getting me into this new truck and helping get the side rails put on. We have bought several vehicles from Ben Mynatt Nissan simply because they go out of their way to find the EXACT vehicle we want and they treat us so well. All of the staff is friendly from sales, service and the business office. Kevin Murphy is a wonderful salesman who goes above and beyond. My overall experience was exceptional. I needed a car for my daughter in college and Cedric Banks found me a car at a great price and low miles. He was courteous, professional and trustworthy. Most importantly he was knowledgeable about their inventory, as I had called ahead of getting to the dealership, he listened to my requests and understood my needs exactly. My husband and I have 7 children (15 to 21) and will be needing more vehicles soon so needless to say I will purchase with him again.
The dealership is very modern and clean. The service department was fast and efficient. I realized a light was out and had to come back in. They had it replaced and I was on my way within 10-15 minutes. I'm very happy with my purchase and the experience I had.response / report this review -

The advisor I worked with was very helpful and honest. He was just out for my money, he actually saved me some. The customer waiting room was very nice and comfortable. Anything I can afford to get done here, I would definitely come back
