The service department is horrible. The customer service is poor, I seem to be bothering them when I need my vehicles serviced. The associates are very unfriendly and extremely rude. Concord or Lake Norman are much better and will get my business in the future.

If you buy a used vehicle from these people, you had better have it checked out thoroughly by a third party technician to check for unreported previous damage as well as pulling up entire service records for the vehicle to look for a 54000 mile truck with over 100,000 miles like I was sold. Instrument clusters are being changed out for junkyard units from low mileage wrecks. BUYER BEWARE!!

I've been using Cloninger Ford for the past consecutive 6 years to complete services and other Maintenance on my Vehicles. Anytime I've had an issue they always are pleasant and willing to correct. I've not experienced any issues in the last year and a half. The staff in the service department are very friendly. I mainly like dealing with Amanda who is very friendly, interjected and always helpful.
