Cons:
- Extremely dirty and moldy. My college dorm room is a 5 star hotel compared this place. Nothing has be cleaned or vacuumed in ages.
- Employees were extremely rude and apathetic.
- The whole facility smells of marijuana
- Beds felt like sleeping on wooden planks. It's literally a sheet of cloth over springs. Furthermore, the bed springs are so loud you literally can't sleep.
- It is so noisy at night. People are running up and down the hall and banging on doors.
- Can't control the temperature.
I can go on forever about how disgusting this place is. I highly recommend that you not stay at this place. It is not worth how cheap it is. I highly recommend those thinking about staying at this place to either spend a little bit more and getting a better place or just sleeping in your car.response / report this review -

This hotel is a scam. They charge you upfront, and have zero refund policies because they know that people freak out and want to leave when they see the facilities.

Room was smelling of smoking. No free parking. Room was not properly cleaned and it felt like haven't been painted for a long time. The fridge was smelling bad like rotten vegetables. Didn't watch TV but some people were complaining about it too. Too expensive considering the room condition.
The only good thing about the hotel is its location. It's very near to south beach and pubs etc.response / report this review -

It was the only place available. We walked in the room and almost fainted. So disgusting. Hair all over bathroom. Bathroom was gross. Bed spread looks like it hasn't been washed in MONTHS. Paid 400.00 for 1 night. Never again. The rooms are small it wouldn't take much to update the place.

Cheap motel. The only good thing about it is it's location. The price is low. You get what you pay for. I would stay there again, but not with family.

I apologize but this place needs to be renovated. Definitely not worth your hard earned money. The beds are Queens size but I have a full size bed larger and longer than this bed. There is a moldy smell from the carpets. The towels and wash rags suspicious stains on them. The vents have black stuff coming out dripping along the wall. Lastly, I felt uncomfortable knowing that the curtains don't close all the way and my room window can look directly into the room of the other hotel. Oh yeah !!! And no free parking. You have to find it in the street and pay for it. The only thing about the hotel was the staff. Super friendly and kind.

This place was awful, smells terrible, noisy you cannot sleep at all. the people in the desk ( checks in and out) is soooooo VERY rude! yes the location is convenient but you can support other business and get better customer service and better sleep else where. I do NOT recommend this place.
