Even though I was in a non-smoker room, the room smelled like an ash tray, the people were extremely loud and it honestly made it the worst experience out of any place I've stayed. If I could give it a plus it would be that there were no bed bugs, at least in my room.

I believe to run a good business you should treat someone like you would like to be treated and the breakfast everything was old and stale they had the food was storage in a hot closet and it was just unacceptable so I went to McDonald's but I did pay for the breakfast at the hotel if it was good I would have came back but I don't believe I will so I give them a one. But I did enjoy my bath the bathroom was nice.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! THE ROOM WAS FILTHY, THE BED HAD SPRINGS POPPING THRU IT, THE BATHROOM WAS BROKEN, THE TV BARELY HAD 3 CHANNELS, THE SHEETS WERE SMELLY, COULD NOT FIND A PLUG THAT WORKED TO CHARGE OUR PHONE IN THE WHOLE ROOM, THE ROOM WAS OUTDATED AND THE CHARGE US $165 TO STAY THERE. AND WE HAD ROACHES IN OUR BED. WE ENDED UP LEAVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. i WOULD NOT LET MY DOG STAY HERE . THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. TRIED CALLING THE MANAGER SHAWN PATEL, FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT AND HE NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS AND WHENEVER I ASKED FOR HIM HE EITHER JUST LEFT OR WAS NOT IN. OH AND DID I MENTION THE PROSTITUTION AND DRUG DEALING THAT GOES ON RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!!!!

Just stayed here for a quick overnight a couple weeks ago. It was perfect for my needs! Friendly staff, efficient check in, laundry on site. Easy access to downtown and convenient to food, attractions and back to the highway. Room was clean, there were no bugs, the shower worked well- and the room was AFFORDABLE- even though I booked last minute in season!! Heading back to Lauderdale tomorrow and will be staying here again!

Totally unsanitary the room was not clean and there was drugs and a crack pipe under the bed spread which means they don't even clean the rooms and then when I asked for my money back because I didn't want to stay there they said they couldnt do anything about it. Never come here !!!!!

I would also give this place ZERO stars if possible. The bathroom floor had hair all over it! Jacuzzi tub had hair in it! The carpet corners were filthy also & it was clear that they never moved anything or vacuumed properly! I had my two year old with us for a hour or so until I could drop her off with grandma & that time was filled with chasing her down the hall after finding neither the door lock or swing lock worked! I had to put a chair in front of the door just to keep her safe! The window had no screen & that lock didn't work either & we were on the third floor! Real nice if some kid fell out! The only thing I liked remotely, was the very firm bed.

The hotel room was awful! The air conditioner rattled like crazy! When we attempted to notify the maintenance manager he argued with us and eventually it ended in an argument where he was screaming and hollering and threatening to hit me! What a terrible experience. The manager refused to refund any money and we were very upset.
