  The hotel is in a great location and the room APPEARED to be wonderful. After a close examination, the room was filthy and very unkempt. We also had a bed bug issue. We called the number that was provided to us during check in and was forced to leave a message because he was not on site. This occurred around 5am. Because we were not comfortable with sleeping in the room, we stayed up until we were able to get a resolution. Once the property manager came he basically said that a refund was not an option although we called him in the early morning hours to report bedbugs. He did explore other options in which we were transferred to another hotel which was much better however, we should have been compensated because this incident put a damper on our whole trip. Please reconsider staying here.

  This is privately owned it's NOT the Shelbourne. Room was old, check-in is a guy sitting on a couch with a laptop, had to pre-pay for valet parking, can't charge to the room. Bathroom sucked no wash cloth 1 towel, no full length mirror, NOT a good experience.
  
  A friend stayed at the actual Shelborne and his room was nice, had all the amenities, great bathroom, nice furniture. Final thought Villas of Shelborne bad, stay someplace else if you want the South Beach experience.

  These rooms are not worth the price they are charging at all. I paid one thousand and one hundred and seventy dollars for four nights and I swear if I could get my money back I would and I would be sleeping at a motel6 for my last three days. There was no face towels no hand towels and the bathroom floor was dirty and besides that the room is way to small to be a two bedroom there is no service phone in the room. This was a straight rip off.

  good value. nice downtown area. beach is in your backyard. parking unreasonably expensive. additional hotel booking fees also unreasonable.

  Recently booked a room at Villas at Shelborne and I had a fantastic experience! The property is in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything in SOBE
  
  Check in was not at the front desk.. These were private rentals Was fantastic! Javier was excellent! Was cheaper than booking directly with the hotel and I had all the same services.
  
  Room was clean and modern and beds were comfortable
