Do Not Do It!!!!!!!! Absolutely worst place to be. Couldn’t leave one morning because property had sewage waste flooding the streets. Cleaning. forget it. I was there for almost a month and we would get clean towels that’s about it. Trash never removed, toilet left dirty, floors never swept. The kicker is when you call about something left behind you get “were not responsible for items left behind giving housekeeping the freedom to steal. Do not stay here.

Close to the beach and stores. Condo is ok. Kitchenette and bathroom are old. Fridge makes a lot of noise. Staff is friendly.

Nice hotel if on a budget. Because of the construction it can seem a little unkept. But the in room service i.e. room cleaning and maintenance is 👍

Nice apartment still hotel. There is no real parking accept behind at another hotel's parking garage for $20 a night any higher like $25 they charging u the price of that hotel's parking. Also it 24hr from the time u park etc.. It's great walking distance to Ocean Ave and party side of Collins. Safe area local bodega has Amazing Cafe Con leche.. A must! Enjoy.. Love love

Dont stay here! Worse terrible costumer service! Tv didn't work, tired getting it fixed the night we arrived and nothing was done next day tried speaking to the manager and wasn't able to til 11pm the next day! Just annoying! Wall super thin and water randomly leaks from the shower. Can't even give this place a star but i have to in order to post. 👎

This was the first and only place I stayed on Miami South Beach. The price was good, the bed was adequate, the walls are paper thin. They have resort fees for benefits that most hotels offer for free. It's not a resort. Pool hours are from sunrise to sunset. Currently has construction on the street restricting bus and taxi/uber/lyft access.

We really liked this hotel as it is clean, one block from South Beach, and in a nice area. The price you cannot beat for the location that is for sure! You will not be disappointed. There is also many restaurants and a bus stop directly across the street.

Cheap. Lovely rooms. 2 minute walk to beach 3 minutes away from a great Cuban cafe.

The staff is really friendly. I arrived to the hotel really early so I had to pay $25 to get a room because the check in is until 3 pm. I would come back to a nice clean room the bed would be all done and everything would be nice. It's very close to the beach like a 5 minute walk. Very clean and friendly.

We ordered our room to have a river view but our window faced a wall. The staff was willing to give us another room but there were none available. So they gave us a discount. The next day, they switched our room. The first night, sounded like we were sleeping under a turbine. We were on the top floor and something was above our room that was very loud when it turned on. Did not get a good sleep. Our second room was much quieter and we slept great but the water in the shower would not get hot. The sink would but not the shower. The staff was very nice and informative about the area

This hotel is great if you are going to be spending minimal time here. I stayed for the weekend and really only slept and showered in the room. It's a little drive from the beach, but I don't suggest bringing a car anywhere. There is hardly parking. Uber is your best friend! Cheaper than parking and no hassle. The room is very basic, but what can you expect for the price and location? I plan to stay here again on my next trip. Why spend the money on the room when you are hardly going to spend any time there??
