It was a cold night so we turned on the heat. The unit started pouring out smoke and a burnt plastic smell. Hotel staff said that's not unusual and it's because heat was rarely turned on. I had to air out the room for a couple hours which was counter intuitive since it was cold outside. We also requested an iron since our unit didn't have one. They said it would take an hour but we never received it. The location is a bit questionable. The price was fair and the staff was very friendly despite the issues I had

I give this place 1 star because of Shanice, other than that this place was a hot mess. I booked for 4 people and they gave 2 sets of towels. What were the other two peopl supposed to wash and dry off with ..air? So I had to go to the front desk and request more towels, which Shanice provided. While I was there I asked if they stopped providing shower curtains because we didn't have one. Shanice seemed confused to but she promised to bring one up and she did and it was quick. So aside from that let' talk about the empty condom wrapper in front of our door(glad people are practicing safe sex, but I don't need to know about it) and the two liquor bottles on the ledge. the room was stale, the carpets were old and stained and had old gum stuck to it. There are no closet doors, just a curtain you pull back. As many other reviews stated the tub was clogged and our water was brown (you know the kind that comes out and you have to boil it before you use it). I didn't see any bugs but you just got the feeling that before the night was over, something was going to be crawling or some random ass person was going to be banging on your door in the middle of the night. i was booked for two nights, but canceled the second night as soon as I saw the condom wrapper, liquor and the room itself. This place is horrible and yet it was packed which means they are making money. Invest in your business!!! It's ok for someone not picky and just willing to take about any place to lay their head for the night, but for the rest of us, NAH we good

NO STARS, This place was dirty, the sheets had yellow stains, the linen was turned inside out make of that what you will. There were no cups to drink any thing out of unless requested. I had no trash can to place anything into. There is no ice or vending machine or. The tub drain was not working so when I took a shower there was 1 foot of water in the tub. The room smelled like BO, and smoke the door had 2 latches for locks plus the deadbolt ( that was a little nerve racking). It was very noisy, but my room was facing the street. There was a football game on so the front desk person seemed annoyed with me being there and actually having to do her job. Will never stay there again!!!

My stay was GREAT! Thanks to shanice and jazmine for making sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. I felt like I was at home. I will be staying here again.

No stars!! This room smell like a garbage dump. The bathroom door had paint splashes. The light fixtures were rusting. The bathroom smell musky. The bathroom door was water logged an swollen. The shower leaked water on the floor because the curtain was too short.
There were roaches on the kitchen sink. Millipedes were found crawling on the floor around and under the bed. In addition, there were small bugs on the bed.
The bed sheets were not change before i checked in, there were stains, #disgusting!!! I was told because it was a 3 day stay there willbe no room service during my stay.response / report this review -

Rude desk service. The guy selected who he wanted to rent rooms to. My sister and I had to sleep in the car because he claimed they were overbooked, yet I made reservations. We sat in the car and watched him rent rooms to others.. He saw us sleeping in the car. He walked passed the car several times and did nothing to help us. The worst kind of people. Ruthless. Shame on you!

We stayed here for about 2 weeks while my husband worked near by. I love the hotel and staff. They're very helpful and quick to answer questions or get what you need. The only thing I didn't like was it seemed like some people lived here and would do wash and leave things in the washer and dryers for hours or until the next day to where you aren't able to do your own wash. Other then that I loved everything about it!!

Nice clean rooms. Although rooms are only seeviced every 8 days. Must as for new towels and rags if you are a guest for 7 or less days

The people at the front desk were nice and helpful but the rooms are not good! Dirty sheets, mattresses and they have bed bugs, I saw some. I had a terrible experience there. It was a nightmare staying there, I got bit from bed bugs both night I was there and I'm still recovering from that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone please go somewhere else!

Wish I looked at the reviews before. I could not wait to leave. The non smoking room was full of smoke. We could not breath. The curtains for the closet had mold on it, the dresser draws had hair and dirt and the bathroom floor was dirty. Worst hotel experience ever.. don't go
