I have mixed feelings about Genesis. The office staff were very helpful so I decided to take my resident emergency generator for repairs. After two visits the generator would still not start when connected up to my home gas supply. It was started is the shop after about 20 seconds of continuous turning on propane in the shop. It would not start when connected to my natural gas supply at home,. The gas company checked the gas pressure at the meter which read 6.6 inches of water. Brian said he would set up a station for connecting generators to natural gas. When that is finished I will bring the generator back in for testing.

I like the guys up there but when I took it in I had a transmission leak and I had the water pump repaired and and then after that I think they should have pressure tested the system but on a 4.5 hour trip I use a gallon of water so I think I have a head gasket leaking from when it got hot maybe and that the pressure test should have showed that up so I'm kind of disappointed that it's using water also asked him to address the transmission leak and when they went and test drove it after it's been there for a while from getting the water pump replaced I believe they didn't fill the transmission fluid up to the level and because of that are operating at the wrong fluid level I think that it blew up or transmission so they put a new one in but they say that they check the level before but when I drove it up there the transmission was working fine and just had a leak. This is just my hypothesis guess is there was no way to know you know they said that they did to put the fluid in before they test drove it but you know I miss my first time dealing with him so you know but they did good work on the transmission being replaced it it runs good now and doesn't leak tranny fluid. Also they did a good job of diagnosing and replacing the control unit for the refrigerator.

What a great service for RV owners. I called my RV dealer and there is a four month wait, in addition, once you drop it off they can keep it up to six six weeks in order to complete a minor job. I took mine to Genesis and had a cup of coffee while they fixed my trailer. I was there a total of two hours. Great service, great job!! Highly Recommend!

Great work on a difficult project. They replaced the hinges on the two back doors of my horse trailer, also took the time to research which hinge would be best for the weight of the doors. Their name suggest only RV repair, not true, they did an excellent job on my horse trailer. I will use them for all my future needs and will recommend them to all my friends.

They completed the work on a timely manner. There were problems with getting authorization for a very small fix that we found upon picking up our rv. It took unbelievable effort on their part to try and get authorization for this warranty repair but the kept me updated every day. Finally I called management at the manufacturer and within minutes it was authorized and Genesis got on the repair and had it completed in less than 2 hours.

Genesis was on top of everything and could not control what out of their authority. Thanks guys and gals - great job. We will continue to use you for warranty work and beyond.

DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAMPER, TENT TRAILER, OR RV HERE. FIRST DO YOUR RESEARCH. I AM POSITIVE YOU WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT WILL DO IT FOR A FAIR PRICE. THIS BUSINESS OVER CHARGED ME BY $600-$700. THE OWNER DID EVENTUALLY TAKE OF $150 AFTER THE FACT, BUT LIKE I SAID, WAS STILL OVER PRICED BUY $600-$700. THIS COMPANY LACKED TO DO THE RESEARCH FOR MY STAR-CRAFT TENT TRAILER, AS I LACKED AS WELL, AND I DEFINITELY PAID THE PRICE FOR IT (LITERALLY). I FEEL THIS BUSINESS IS OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMER AND ARE EXTREMELY GREEDY WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY. AT THE END OF THE DAY, I AM SIMPLY SAYING, "STAY FAR FAR AWAY, FROM THIS BUSINESS"!! I HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY WITH THIS BUSINESS, HOPEFULLY MY POWERWRINCH WILL BE GOOD, AND WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. Absolutely amazing service! Worked with our insurance company and made sure we were satisfied with the scheduled repairs. This group knows repair and provides fast friendly service.

Genesis has continued to be our "go to place" for needed repairs and maintenance of our Sprinter RV. Our motor home is really part of our family and couldn't be put in the hands of just anyone. The staff at Genesis is so exceptional. Everyone is extremely professional and willing to spend the time to make sure everything is done right. Genesis Automotive and R.V. Repair serviced my Motor Coach in November 2016 and was more than pleased with their service. They basically performed a 12K service on my 425 Cummings engine as well as a completely safety check through the coach. In addition I was having difficulty programming my auto gen start on my Onan diesel generator which they were able to fix and program for me. I worked with Chris and was very satisfied with his knowledge and keeping me informed. The service was done on time and to what they projected the cost would be. In addition to the service, I had some body damage to my coach. My motor home has full body paint and has three different shades of color. They fixed the damage and the paint was a perfect match. No doubt I have found a great company to service my motor home and keep it running in tip top shape for years to come.

So, last Friday, I made an appointment to have my RV winterized with Genesis. They were able to fit me in today, Monday, where I was met with exceptional service. I waited in their comfy waiting room for my rig to be done, which was only an hour. That's not the best partas I was packing up my RV to bring it in, the motorized awning was stuck open. The motor had failed! I called to let them know I'd be late, but were they able to come out and see if the awning could be retracted. They were there in an hour and a half, dismantled the motor and had it ready for me to go in about 20 minutes. They were courteous and considerate of my rig, left everything as they had found it. Their price was fair for the work I had done. I will definitely use them again for my service from now on.
