My wife and mother in law where stranded on the highway with no spare. Found a tire but was $10.00 short. The manager blessed us with the tire anyway. God is good.

I had a slowly leaking tire(nail in tire). I called about making an appointment as was told to just come in, they don’t take appointments. I arrived around 3:30PM on a Tuesday. This place is no frills, right to business. If your looking for a beautiful experience go to a dealership. I was in and out in 20 minutes for $20! The mechanic, who did everything for me, also informed me that my tread was low and he’d look up a price for me(which was $200 cheaper than some other place). No pressure or sales tactics, just good business!

I recently had to go to Mr. P'S Tires as a emergency, to get a used tire, I read the reviews before going to this Tire company. I had no problems what so ever. THANK THE TRUE GOD. The service I received was professional, the workers was polite, they had the tire for my car,- Kia 2012, also check present tires for air and apply air to the present tires.

The service was horrendous by most counts. The younger guy was trying his best but his partner was a dick and was counting down the minutes to leave. I had new tires put on that I brought with and had another tire patched up. They put the new tires on the front and when I asked to have them placed on the rear as industry standards suggest. I was mocked by the guy and told I was wrong. The prices were very reasonable and the service was quick, if only someone had some people skills.

Glad I found this shop. I own two cars and have always been able to get tires I want at a fair price. Service is great, it usually doesn't take long for new tires to go on and they're great at debugging tpms issues. A solid no-nonsense tire shop.

Mr. P's in Bayview has one important quality that sets them above the rest : HONESTY.
A dealership had told me that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and would need to replace it (for over $150) because it was unfixable. Knowing dealerships can be expensive, I thought I would check my options.
The next day, I pulled into Mr. P's to ask for an estimate for a new tire, and walked out 15 minutes later with my tire fixed for only $21. Instead of just replacing the tire, Raymond showed me that the nail was no where near the sidewall and the dealership had tried to pull one over on me.
Honesty and integrity are important, and I will happily support this business and recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks Mr. P's.

Very prompt and quick service, but I noticed my car vibrating on the way home. Drove it into work and noticed the car vibrating even more and a squealing sound from the tire. On the way home the sound was so awful that my boyfriend called the place immediately. The phone was answered by a very rude person who said that he could guarantee that there wasn't an issue with his service and to check the lug nuts. Sure enough, EVERY SINGLE ONE was loose. My tire almost fell off. When he called back to let the business know, the person who answered said, "Let me put you on hold so you can yell at someone else." I would think that the first thing they would check before letting someone leave the lot would be very thing that tightened the tire on the car. This is a huge liability and I could've gotten in an accident - DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR TIRE REPAIRS.

Friendly, neighborhood tire store. These guys were great in evaluating my flat-situation and recommend a very cost effective on option.

Brought a car here for tires. 'Employee' ended up breaking 2 hub posts off of one tire. Refused to take responsibility for the mistake. Told him I wanted to take the car to another place and that he could keep the tires off and put my old ones back on. He refused. I ended up towing my car to Monro's because it was no longer drivable. Terrible customer service, terrible work, definitely would not recommend anyone to go here.

I seriously do not understand how this location has such a high rating. I've tried calling by phone and going in person asking about tires, its always an argument. They just ask how much you wanna pay and then give a couple options but they assume youre an expert in tires and talk to you like you are. Tires are not cheap, I'd like more info and be able to research each option like which is a brand name and which is generic but asking always gets me attitude. If im giving you $500-600 I wanna make sure im getting a good rated tire, even brand names make bad tires and its not like I can just buy another set.

Very helpful, friendly, & fast service!
We were in need of a used tire that's not a common size, therefore not easy to come by.
There's many different locations of Mr. P's & they were happy to help me find a place that had what we needed! Very, extremely reasonable prices too! Very pleased & highly recommend!
