Amazing. The service department refuses to do warranty work on units that they didn't sell. Can you imagine a car manufacturer doing the same? We've bought three RV's in the last 6 years but they'll never get a nickel from us. I guess they didn’t get the memo about how many future sales come from their service department.

Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. Practically hung up on me when discussing service on my trailer. Factory rep at Forest River was not surprised at my encounter.

I was scheduled to have a trailer hitch put on my car for three weeks, that is the soonest they could get me in, the Friday before my appointment I called to confirm and was told the past would be in Monday (my appointment was Tuesday). On Monday I received a call stating that my part was back ordered and I would get a call to update me on when it would be in later that day. After not hearing anything the next day,I called back and was told I would be called back that afternoon after he "looked into it" I told him that I have a camping trip planned in 2 1/2 weeks and needed to know if I should go somewhere else. It has been three days and I have heard nothing, needless to say I have set up an appointment somewhere else. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

I only business was to store my motorhome for the winter. From the first contact to drop-off to pick-up these guys were really great. They were helpful, pulled me out after getting stuck in some mud and got me on the road. Price for storage of $1/foot/month can't be beat. Might not be the fanciest RV store around but my experience was fine.

Took my fifth wheel in to have a bay door replaced and was completed in a very professional and timely manner. Price was reasonable. I will going back for service and parts.

Went through every camper before the salesman came out to see if he could help.

Made fun of my truck for not already having a trailer brake.

Called him after we made our decision to buy to ask about ordering the unit we wanted.

Never called us back.

I only give this place 2 stars based on the fact they have a lot of aftermarket supplies on hand and are close to my residence.

I suggest they bring in fresh new faces that are hungry for sales. The guy we delt with was just running the clock out til retirement.
