The web site for tire orders and making appointments really suck. They never call you to confirm the appointment. So I got to call them. Bummer.

Purchased 2 tires and they did not tighten the lug nuts on the right front on a Ram 3500 single wheel. tire almost fell off broke 4 studs off and we are hauling Campers. They put are lives and business at risk!!!!!

Update. Dealer had to replace hub on wheel
And discovered that the wheel was damaged,
one of the holes are wallered out and wheel will have to be replaced. I called Brandi Leatherman
And asked her to get a wheel ordered for it.
We need to have a spare tire for the 2017 Ram 3500 truck that is 5 months old. Brandi said she would call me back and let me know if the wheel was ordered. If the wheel would have come off at 70 mph and wrecked a 60k truck and 25k RV.
This could have been a lot worse. Glad no one got hurt.

I stopped by there yesterday with an old tire I needed removed from a rim. I had planned on paying for the tire removal and the recycling of the old tire. I was pleasantly surprised that they did both at know charge! Great customer service, and I will be purchasing my next set of tires through them

I have been using Monteith's Best One for a couple years now due to convenience, and have come to depend on them for routine service and maintenance. Not always the most competitive on pricing, especially for tires, but they won't BS you about work that doesn't need to be done.

Called a day before I wanted to have my tires rotated and balanced to make an appointment. The lady told me that they do not make appointments. So today I take my truck in to have the balance and rotation done at 11:30 and they get it in the shop right away. As I'm waiting multiple customers come in with appointments for rotation, oil change, balance etc. finally an hour and a half goes by and they finally finish it. Then after driving a few miles my tpms usually straightens out but nope not this time. I will now go to a good tire shop to have the tire pressures corrected. Will never refer anyone to this shop waste of time and money!!

Staff is very friendly! I stopped just before they closed on a Saturday to get my tires rotated. Waited about two minutes and they pulled my truck in and started on it. They had me in and out in less than fifteen minutes and to top off the great service they didn't even charge me for it! When I called before I took it in they told me $10, pretty good deal if you ask me; for $10 it's not even worth my time (I've done it once before, never again). They told me it was done, I told them I still needed to pay and he responded with a "Don't worry about it, have a good weekend!" That's excellent service and a great way to treat a customer ESPECIALLY considering I didn't even buy the tires from them! Thanks again Monteith, I'll be back!
