We had a great time. Our tour guide for the airboat was Austin and he was very personable, had fun tidbits, and a good sense of humor. The lady who checked us in was very nice. The guy who has the owls and does the alligator show was very knowledgeable and put on a fun show. We saw two big gators on the airboat tour and held the baby one at the end. Took about an hour from north south beach.

Tour was pretty cool but so too long. have seen alligators, but you need a lucky day to see some. we booked online to save some $5 per ticket so its affordable. paid $20 per person then. afterwards there is an alligator show where you can take a photo with a small one for just $3 - which is a hustle to me

This place was good before. But extremely awful now. Canal tour experience is so-so. Barely see any alligators, and tour guide on the boat did not have any introduction or narrative about the everglade at all . Then require tips in the end. Besides. John for the wildlife show is mean to everyone. He always squeezed people where there is even no seat. Finish show as fast as he can. Then send other groups in. They promised the show was about 30-40 min. But in reality it is only 15 min . It is a big money trap . Stay away from this place

I thought the experience was only so-so. We came here because the National Park was closed to visitors and this was one of the few tours that actually goes into the National Park property. It was a tourist trap kind of place. The price was good, but it was disorganized and didn't give visitors a good appreciation for how special the Everglades are to the local environment. The tour guide was not very good. They could stand to take lessons from the National Park Service in how to help the public appreciate the environmental wonder of the Everglades.

First our experience with gator show. Very pleased with price/pleasure "ratio". Will recommend for all of my friends visit this place.
If you'll buy tickets right there - you'll get VIP lane. First boarding to boat, first accessing seats at the show arena.

Worth a visit if you're in the area. The show was fun (especially with the baby gator), airboat ride was a bit loud and seeing a gator not necessarily guaranteed, but just roll with it :)

Convenient way to see the everglades. Water was high due to recent hurricane. Didn't see anything other than a turtle until the gator show back at the headquarters. Tips requested. $3 to take your own pic with a baby gator.

If you want to see and feel the Everglades definitely Gator park is the place to go. Nice airboat tour both in the sea of grass and in the small canals where with some luck you can see gators in their natural habitat. We were lucky enough to see two very small ones staring at us and big mama was not far away.
Also the show is great and made with passion and pride.
I had the tickets reserved on internet with a good discount before leaving my place in Italy and when we show up at the counter they all smile and cheered us with a warm friendly welcome.

Left very disappointed. The park has much potential, but the workers are very bored and all act like they hate their jobs. Air boat ride was very short and boring. Boat captain wasn't interested in engaging with the passengers. Showed us no wildlife and only gave token information. Obvious he hated his job. The wildlife show with Tom had no microphone, so we could barely hear what he was saying. Not a good show anyway. Workers in the gift shop/restaurant seemed annoyed by us being there and buying items in their store. I'd say there is bad management in the whole park. To bad, the place could provide an awesome experience if they would fix their issues.

Wonderful day excursion from Miami vacation. Road the cool airboat, saw several gators, and even a peacock up close on the grounds! The guide was informative and humorous. Could have used a little more direction from the staff after purchasing tickets (did not know to check out the grounds BEFORE the boat trip) but we saw all in the end and it was a great time. Wish the website didn't require pay pal!

I can't rate on the air boat rides since I didn't go on them. I stayed behind with my 18 month old twins and let my husband go ahead with our older son. They did say it was a lot of fun and were able to see a lot. It was $25 for my husband and free for our 3 year old.

They had a cute gift shop and places to sit and a little resturant that offered pizza and hot dogs. Nothing fancy. Just little type snacks.

This place is so so. cost of very little $ , but also nothing to see ( we haven't seen crocodiles or alligators during our ride .) only guy which did told us about gators was ok. best solution is pay something like 150$ > in different place for private trip

We visited here on a Spring Break vacation. The guide was very knowledgeable about the area and the alligators. We were able to see a few alligators while on the airboat tour. The best part of the excursion was the alligator show after the tour. The trainer shared a lot of information about the American Alligator, and he worked well with the animals. After the show, you can hold and take a picture with a younger alligator for $3 per person. They also have a souvenir shop with a small snack station. Overall, this is a great excursion to try!
