A definitely must visit place in Miami for a different swamp experience on an air boat. We were lucky enough to sight 5 alligators on the air boat tour. The guides are very helpful.

This was an awesome experience for my sister and I to participate in! The staff at Coopertown were very friendly and courteous and I loved the photo op they provided at the start of the tour. Our airboat guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the show they provided prior to us boarding the airboat. I definitely plan to go back and experience this once more with other visitors to Florida!

Having been here many times for work. This was tge first time i took a tour. Our guide was great. Handled the boat like he was born on one. Great knowlege of the local environment

What a fun place. Went for my daughter's 5th birthday. Staff were great. Burgers and gator sampler we're damn good at restaurant as well. Overall just a great time.

STOP!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Giving these people even one star is much more than they deserve. A negative star would be more appropriate! The animal show was the best part and it was not long enough nor did it have very many animals to see.
The advertisement was quite deceiving. The restaurant was very nasty looking. The bathrooms were atrocious and stunk, and should be condemned. Our wait was long and people who came after us were taken before us. When asked why, we were told it was because we had a large party. We eventually were lead across the street to an air-boat waiting on the other side. It was a long hot walk and most inconvenient. The worst part was that after we got back and went back to our next destination, we realized that our vehicle had been broken into and money and credit cards were stolen. It seems very much like it may have been an inside job because of all the stalling that went on with our group and because the first attempt to use one of the stolen cards was 21 minutes after they closed. Unfortunately, this seems to be a regular occurrence with this place, discovered only by speaking to others! I will never again visit this place of business and would strongly caution anyone who does to be prepared to be ROBBED!

****WARNING***I would give a negative star but that doesn't exist here! OUR RENTED VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO AND ITEMS WERE STOLEN! The thieves were clever and or organized enough not leave any visible signs of a break-in. We did not realize we had been robbed for a few hours! The thieves had taken plenty of time to go through our personal items, selecting what items they wanted to steal!!!!!!!!!!! This place is certainly not as advertised on the website. The bathrooms should be closed by the health department, as they are certainly not sanitary by any means. After purchasing tickets for a large group of peoplewe made our way to the exhibit. The handler was knowledgeable, however, for the price one would expect more of an exhibit! After over an hour of waiting we were told we needed to cross the highway (we thought this was odd since no one else was asked to cross the highway) only to be put on a tour boat that ran a few miles up the glade and then straight back down the same path! I called to speak to management but was told no manager on duty. When I informed the person we were robbed she said "It happens all the time" that is why we have a sign that says we are not responsible for personal items left. Apparently they are aware this is a problem but fail to notify the customers. One might think they would have one of the many workers walking around also monitor the parking lot for thieves to protect their customers. I left a message for the manager/owner but am doubtful I will actually get a return call!

The boat ride was awesome the tour guy was cool and funny

But getting to the restaurant, four big grown men, we ask the lady if this 41$ sampler (chicken, catfish, alligator, frog legs fries and garlic bread) will feed four guys she said yes. So we order it. Later she decided to tell us that there is no chicken or garlic bread and tells us she was gonna compensate that in price.

We get the bill it was 68$.. She said we dropped the price to 39 from 41. She said oh the chicken is a small piece (when we originally asked if the sampler will feed four big guys) on top of that she didn't give us forks we had to ask for plates, and the so called sample was a big as my hand.. it didn't fill any of us up one bit.

100% unsatisfied, unhappy, borderline pissed.

Nasty restrooms, food was nothing like advertised and way overpriced for what you got. Automatically charges 15% gratuity for bad service. They didn't want to honor their website prices then claimed they didn't even have prices on there. Well they finally did after I had to show them their own website. Restaurant was a total waste! NOW the show and ride was great. The guys giving the show and boat ride was funny and respectful. I feel bad for them having to deal with the big let down that the restaurant side gives.

Over all for the price I can't complain! I saw about 5 alligators during the boat ride, but it was scary how close we were to them. The only issue I had was they took your photo then after the boat ride you look at your photo. I had my phone in my hand and the worker thought I was going to take a photo. She smacked my phone and it almost fell out of my hands. I was so pissed. She was extremely rude. Overall, well worth the price.
