It has a great choice of clothing, the pricing is kinda overwhelming due to the fact that some collections are old but since they dont sell they upgrade the price to for an unknown reason, there are some update collections and also some decent offers, it's worth it to take a look around the store.

I like Nordstrom's. Everybody likes Nordstrom's. Their prices run from what I consider to be ridiculous to pricey but worth it. The latter occurs on sale racks mostly. They do have a reasonable selection of regular well designed and made brands that are worth the price difference. Often only available at Nordstrom's. The person with whom I shop is constantly trying to tell me that the $700.00 skirt (or shirt or whatever) is a work of art and worth it. Since one could supply a small African village with water filters, not for me. (To be fair she donates to EVERY good cause out there) I just can't see the very high price tags!

My ladies at makeup and fragrances are great ( they are true professionals) but Customer service representatives up front ( near stairs on first floor), it is another story. They are not friendly at all norwelcoming. They don't smile nor do they greet you! I am soooo disappointed at Nordstrom now. As a high end department store, they should be more careful when hiring people. Some unfortunately are not educated enough and therefore tarnish the reputation of what used to be a good store!

My husband and I live near by and are regular customers of Nordstrom at Merrick Park. I have had previous experiences with Channel and MAC sales representatives that I would rate poorly, but not bad enough to write a review. This time we felt that the sales person tricked us into purchasing an "exclusive to Nordstrom" (his words) men's perfume that we found out is available at Sears, Walmart, and Amazon for half the price. We returned the perfume minutes after finding out, but I will never go back to buy any perfumes at this store on principle. Just so you know, the "exclusive to Nordstrom" item is Marly Pegasus for men Eau de Perfume. There is no need for tricking customers.

I normally love Nordstrom, however; this review to in regards to a horrible customer service experience I just encountered today. 2 Thousand dollar gift cards were purchased on a Wednesday and supposedly overnighted to the recipients. Made several calls to customer service to track these cards - nobody knew where they were. Went into Nordstrom today to find out what was going on only to be told the cards were never sent out. Nobody called to say your cards will be delayed or anything. We had to waste hours of our time on the phone and in person to figure out where $2000 was. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer service. Shocked in fact. Never had such a frustrating shopping experience before.

Parking is good, the ambiance and outdoor gardens are beautiful to watch. I come here because I am committed to two establishments in the mall. The mall is filled with high end stores, some of them are way to expensive for what they are selling. There are some restaurants in the mall and, primarily that's the reason why I come.

Sales clerk in the top shop section assumed I was shoplifting because I was putting my sweater into my bag. She quite literally ran to where I was standing to ask me if I wanted to try on my own sweater. Very disappointed with the costumer service.
