  Only giving it 1 star for because I can't give it less and they do have a great selection. The service however was terrible. I have been shopping and Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack for many, many years almost weekly and make it a point to go to every Nordstrom Rack anywhere I visit where there is one within driving distance. This store by far had the best selection of high end designer clothing. At the same time this trip was the worst experience I have had at any of the Nordstrom Racks nationwide. Not at all what one would expect from Nordstrom even if it is the Rack. I pulled up to the register to pay for several items and was told that one of the dresses was not marked correctly. The cashier called another associate who took the dress and went to the back to check. I waited patiently for a long time. Eventually the cashier said that the other employee told her via radio that it was a lower price. I said: "Fine by me!", but she still wasn't ringing it up. Then the employee who was checking came back and said a much higher price than what the tag had and the price on the tag was incorrect. She said she was new and didn't know how to check. I asked to speak with the manager, who was the rudest of them all and pretty much just shrugged her shoulders and said: That's the price! I didn't purchase any of the items and left more frustrated than I have ever been at any of their stores. I could not believe the attitudes. Nobody truly listened, apologized or even tried to explain how this happens and what their policy is. In my opinion this was their mistake and they should honor the price they quoted initially. I understand that some customers can change the tags, but if they checked and gave me a price, they shouldn't go back and change it to triple the amount. Very disappointing!

  Clean store for the most part.Mostly everything is organized and then there's the kids shoes.A bit messy but overall good place to shop.Parking is available on several floors and the location is centrally located.Checkout can be a bit long at times but I guess when you're getting good deals it's a small price to pay.

  I love this store lots of deals wasn't too crowded. Clearance items were organised. They had 4 cashiers while I was there and the line moved quickly. Loved it

  Norstrom Rack is one of my favorites places just the long lines in the cashiers from Noon to 2pm. Try to avoid this rush hours.

  A store that sells Nordstrom Outlet overstock items; it is hit or miss when it comes to pricing. They can be short staffed at times so it may be difficult to find someone for help. The fact that it is a high volume store may have you waiting in line for a while as they typically only have two cashiers on staff. A great place to get accesory items but it is not a quick shop.
