The room was beautiful. It was the size of an apartment. The bathtub was very deep and had Jets, which was very nice. The appliances we're all up to date. The room that we had could fit up to 6 patrons, even though we only booked for four. The place it's at has a lot of places to eat very close by. Overall, a very nice place to stay

The rooms were very well designed and accommodating. There were some problems, however. During my time there they sent and engineer to fix my a/c at 9:30 at night. Also the bathrooms weren't cleaned very well. I had some long strands of hair in my shower still from the previous guest. Also, hotels have to have self closing doors, which if I didn't pay attention when I left would remain open. This happened a couple of time because the maids didn't watch if the doors close. The staff is friends and the place is beautiful. The bar is good for a drink and I had the best steak and mashed potatoes there in a long time.

Great service from making reservations. checking in, to eating at their on site restaurant, complimentary pick up and drop off to and from the pool and restaurant, room service and the extended check out. Great selection for complimentary breakfast.

Liked the room but left 2 chargers there and went back the next day to get them. Housekeeping kept them and the front desk made zero effort in helping to retrieve them. My fault for leaving them but I won't stay in a place where I can't trust the keep.

Very spacious rooms and large property. Unfortunately not everyone in the staff was knowledgeable on what they offer on the property. Requested a opener and never arrived. Walked to the front desk and they informed me they did not have any. The overnight night auditor was nice and very helpful.

Large rooms and bathroom, very clean and cozy. Service is great and they offer free parking right in front of the room. Balcony is very nice with very nice view to the golf course. Location is great close to the airport and lots of restaurants and ships across the street.

This is not the first time I have stayed here, and every experience has been excellent. Nice, clean rooms with excellent comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Great service at the desk. No reason not to stay.

Lovely apartments. Very spacious. Big bedroom and bathroom. We were a family of 4 sleeping in a 1bed 2bath apartment. Children slept on large sofa bed in lounge. Great to have cooking facilities. Our only negative is that we were in apartment 14 and its a long way from reception and pool when you don't have a car. Golf cart provided for transport to room and back.

BADDDD. changed rooms 3 times, the front desk acts like they've never heard anyone complain. I ended up in a room with a dead bug, glitter and rose petals in the bed. Sheets were obviously not changed. I was too exhausted to lug my bags to yet another room, and had an early business meeting, so I just deal with it. The rooms look great on the website, and ok at first glance but they are DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. bugs, rusty screws in the shower, smell of cigarette smoke, etc. I checked out early and they still charged me for the night I didn't stay. This is a shifty property the InterContinental Doral is a much better option.

Best place I ever stayed. Hands down. When we arrived we were already having a bad day. (Rent a car problems and a cab ride that ended in an accident.) Walking into the Provident Doral Mariana was there to greet us at the front desk. From there Gianni brought us and our bags to our room. After a couple hours we realized the air conditioning was not working that great. I called Mariana and within 5 min Gianni was back at our door to take us to another room. I recommend this place to anyone that loves the feel of home while on vacation. The rooms are huge and the staff is beyond words. Thank you Mariana and Gianni for turning our bad day around.

Here for business (2 month) no hot water. Each building shares one water tank. There are several units within the building and there isn't any water pressure. They moved me 3 times, the rooms are spacious but last one wasn't very clean. Rugs were dirty and bedding was soiled. I'm an extremely clean person so it was disappointing for the amount being paid.

The property is beautiful. The front desk staff was very sweet. The room was spectacular! Plenty of parking. I went there by myself to get away for a night of relaxation, sort of a "me" time. Everything was great until about 2:30am. People were arguing, cursing and being extremely rude. Doors slamming. Security was called by another guest and when he showed up he was greeted by those with threats and bad language. Nothing he could of done seeing the aggregation that came from those guest. So he left. It continued from 2:30-5am. Needless to say I was up. Killed my vibe and I was unable to fall back asleep. Upon leaving the room for check out. I see and hear the poor room attendant upset as to the condition those guest left the room. I don't quite see myself returning for the sole purpose of what I experienced. I hope that they fine a way to take care of future incidences.

Quiet and close to everything. Large enough one & 2 fully furnished bedroom suites for the whole family. Balcony or patio included. Staff was awesome. Room service was waay over priced but very good. Will stay again!!!
