  I went there and sat in the waiting room longer than I saw the doctor. I had a skin rash on my hand I wasn't sure what it was but it was serious enough it was impacting my day to day life. I saw the doctor for all of 3 minutes and he said we can do some tests and gave me bottles and bottles of some sort of antibiotic they had there and prescribed 2 creams for my hand for me to pick up at my pharmacy. It seemed odd to give someone antibiotics when you arent sure if they need them. I was rushed out the door. Then I came back 2 weeks later for him just to look at it and say its fine. Another $30 copay for 3 minutes. Still have no idea what my condition is. But fast forward a few months and I get a $400+ bill from the lab because even though the Doctors office took my insurance, the lab didn't. I still havent gotten a call back from any supervisor/manager on WHY they did this without checking to see if my insurance covered it. Any other doctors office I ever been to called me to let me know if anything wasn't going to be covered. I find it rude and unprofessional not to give someone an explanation. Will not be returning.

  I have gone to Dr. Gardner for over 10 years; he and his staff have always provided quality care. Plus, the wait times are much less than other Dr. offices! 5++ Stars!!!

  Came here twice. Saw Gardner my first visit. I waited in the waiting room longer then the doctor saw me. Had to come back the second time for a follow-up. Met up with an assistant or whatever he is. I waited in the room by myself with no one checking up on me for 20 mins. He comes in without sitting down and tells me what I know. This man was in the room for 3 mins. And he left. I wasted money and time. I was charged $80 for a follow-up for 3 freaking mins. And he prescribed a medication that was $200 w/o giving me a coupon that the pharmacist said that they should have given me. I am totally pissed off. Never going back. And my husband was a patient. He's not going back either for the same issue. Terrible service from the beginning and they will take your money for nothing. Spend time with your patients if you are going to leave them in the room for 20 mins.

  Very professional staff, helpfull and sincerely concerned. After Treatment symptoms disappeared in 2 weeks. Thank you, doctors!

  DO NOT GO TO GARDNER DERMATOLOGY! Save yourself the time and the money! I had to go back twice for the same thing and it was never even fixed after being told I would not need another visit. Now I have spent over $250 for two completely useless visits. Not to mention, I had to wait for a long time even with an appointment. Save yourself time and a lot of money, go someplace else. Unless you are the kind of person that likes to make multiple visits and pay a fortune for absolutely nothing.

  Its like Magic! My spider veins have almost disappeared!! Mike is miraculous! The nursed and staff are so gracious and kind. I have recommended this office/medispa to several friends and family.

  They were advertising online to have free skin cancer screenings. I drove an hour to there office to find they no longer want to provide the free screenings but they could take me if I used my insurance. My complaint was granted no response from the office manager.
  This deceptive advertising is known as bait and switch. It is something you would expect from a shady used car lot, not a doctors office
