The breakfast was nice. The lady that prepared was friendly and very accommodating. Friendly day staff and custodial staff also. Room was clean and has refrigerator and microwave.

Very nice staff. The property is currently undergoing a renovation so things are incomplete in some areas. However, it should be a beautiful place when it's complete. Again the staff was very nice and the construction caused me no inconvenience.

Well kept, comfortable, and southern hospitality describes this hotel best. The breakfast could use a refresh, but it's free, and has sausage and eggs as well as a pushbutton pancake maker. Would recommend to a friend staying in the Atlanta area.

The staff is very friendly, the pool is nice (if small), the rooms are clean. But the noise level was off the chart. With walls that thin, I'm not sure how anyone could ever sleep.

Quality room, has a mini fridge and lots of light. Laundry on campus, gym, work services, outdoor pool, and good free breakfast. Front desk is very helpful and nice!

Booked my room 12 hours prior to driving there from Michigan in a big hurry. My first mistake, was I only reserved one night, and the reservations should have been for two. Fortunately they were able to accommodate me and even upgraded my room.
My next mistake was I left one of my tablets behind and didn't even realize it. The hotel called me to let me know shortly after I left, but I was already in route back to Michigan. They offered me options to get the tablet picked up or shipped to me.
This was my second time staying at this location and will be doing so going forward each time I go to ATL. I will also look for other Holiday Inn Express locations when I visit other states, and measure them against the Powder Springs location.response / report this review -

Clean comfortable beds. I really love the fact they have DirecTV. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food.

I have stayed here 2 times now, and I've loved it each time! It's nice and quiet. There is a good amount of shopping and restaurants near the hotel also. Only 20 or 30 minute drive from the airport in Atlanta. And the staff is always nice! I check in late at night and they are always friendly, even say good morning and whish you a good day. I will be back for sure!

If you need a place to stay its clean and quiet. Not too much into he way of amenities, but it's a Holiday Inn. Room is clean staff is friendly. Room is very spacious and had one of the better hotel beds I've slept on.

The rooms was very clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They offered sleep late eat late weekend which worked well since I was extremely tired. Holiday Inn Express has figured out the recipe for good customer service.
