First off, they make you stand outside to check in when it's freezing outside and they do take their sweet time. Secondly, I got into my room around 2am and I was exhausted from traveling so I'm ready to go to bed. I pull back the blankets and there's pee and blood stains all over the sheets. My spouse and I slept on the other side of the bed and the next morning I asked housekeeping if he could please change the sheets, bring extra towels and extra toilet paper to the room. I come back to my room after a day of traveling around town to a room key that would not work. I go up to the "outside window" in the freezing cold to let the manager know my key wasn't working, he of course asks for ID that was in my other jacket in the car so I had to walk back to get that and when my sprouse returned to the window, another customer had made the employee angry and he threw my new room keys at my spouse through the window and then proceeded to walk away. Thank goodness I did not yet go into my room yet because when I returned to my room, it had two extra towels placed in the bathroom and no extra toilet paper and the thing that pissed me off the most is that housekeeping made the bed, made it look as though they changed the sheets, but they did not change the sheets. Therefore, myself and my spouse had to sleep on dirty sheets again. The refrigerator did not work. It was plugged in and all wet inside, but there was no way to keep anything cold for the whole weekend I stayed at this hotel. Lastly, the entire weekend of my stay, the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL. It's unfortunately right next to six flags over Georgia, but next time I attend, I'd rather make a drive to attend the theme park, rather than be miserable at this hotel ever again.

We weren't expecting much because of the price. We got there and my boyfriend killed 2 roaches within 10 minutes of being there. The next morning I called the deal to let them know about the problem. The guy at the desk was very busy and questioned me saying are you telling me we have an infestation. When I told h of the problem all he could say was we have a roach free hotel, which is a lie.

Not too bad. Checked in late, after a day at Six Flags. The only real complaint was the bathtub. It was dirty, had a yellow puddle in it. The floor of the tub was squishy, like water was trapped under it. My son said it was like trying to take a shower while standing on a water bed.

I was very disappointed with this motel. We stayed here during hurricane Irma. The rooms have been updated but are in need of a lot of repairs, not very clean and have bugs. No room service only if you request it which I wasn't aware until on day 5, whenI requested our sheets to be changed. So in 7 days our sheets were changed once. I had to request towels and wash cloths which they did bring to the room. I was trying to be considerate too because the motel was full and they were short staff. The staff is the only good thing going for this motel. The motel also didn't give any price breaks on the room charges either. For us the longer we stayed the higher the room price. If I thought I could have found another room somewhere else I would have moved. This was my first time with this chain and will definitely be my LAST time!!!!! I would rather stay in my home and take a chance then to stay here.

Despite the negative reviews, I say check it out on your own. I'm a hard critic, manager was professional, Gave government rate, room looked so good, everything was clean. I actually looked because of reviews and it was good. Police make random round, cars in lot are protected. Waffle House and Six Flags are in walking distance. Everything was good. Breakfast lobby needs to be bigger, it was crowded, short shower level too but that's about it. Fresh all. Check this place for yourself, some ppl are just extra because they can't get a silver platter.

this motel was horrible!!!! the reviews are very accurate. upon arriving checking in, the receptionist took about a half hour to check us in then proceeded to send us to a building that our room wasn't even in. after spending aprox. it took about 20 minutes to find the room ourselves. once we settled into the room the smell was unavoidable. as if someone left their dirty gym bag in there for weeks. the beds look like someone had slept in them. the bathroom's tub was stained and look uncleaned as the toilet looked as if it wasn't cleaned for weeks. there were ants and cockroaches throughout the room. and if that wasn't enough to leave the costumer service was horrible. no one came to clean the room, there were ironing boards but no irons. we had to call the front desk at least 4 times and no one answered each time. there's a lot more that went on. if I could rate this motel less then one star I would. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Service was great, but they to do some extreme remodeling on the bathrooms. Under the sink sprayed water on us. The toilet wouldn't flush and had to be fixed. We had to have a shower head replaced. The tub wouldn't drain, and the tub was caulked correctly that water got underneath the actual tub, that it moved as you stepped. Red mold was growing in the tiles. Beds we're comfortable though, and the overnight Manager was incredible. The Indian manager likes to argue and isn't very nice.but the overnight Manager made up for it. Not a horrible stay, but definitely needs some improvements.

This is warning to everyone. Stay very away from this place. They told me one set price online, the day I checked in, I had to pay $150.00 more. The pool was down, the guard/manager was very rude, nonprofessional at all. They charged me $20.00 extra because the towels and bedsheets were on the floor. They don't wash the blankets after other people used them. I will NEVER again stay in this dump ever again. This was a very horrible experience, I just want to go back home.

Basic budget hotel with a business center & outdoor pool, plus free continental breakfast & WiFi is a complete DUMP! DROVE 8.5 hours stood outside the service window in 45° weather for 20 minutes while the clerk asked 8 times what name is the reservation in. Finally get key room wreaks of bleach smell, shower doesn't work, and front desk employee never answers the phone! Communication is horrible with the only front desk employee BILL MCKENZIE ask for corporate number he's going to tell you the only manager is him and the owners live in India! We are hauling a 32 foot trailer from Florida. This trailer contains a VERY expensive horse. After driving for over 20 hours we decided it was time to find somewhere to sleep, let this horse rest his legs for the night and continue our journey to Arizona in the morning. (There was also a storm coming so we needed to find somewhere to stay) We called and made a reservation gave all card info over the phone. We were given many addresses "7377 6 flags parkway" "7377 6 flags drive" and "7377 city view drive" we drove for about an hour and spoke with NUMEROUS employees. By this time we are very frustrated and asked for a manager. Apparently the manager, Mackenzie, had already spoken with us and refused to get back on the phone with us to help us find the motel, but told the rep we were speaking with that he cancelled the reservation A LONG TIME AGO. (No one notified us of that) I was given multiple numbers each of which we called and were hung up on. This is not a motel I would EVER recommend staying at due to the lack of proper customer service. IF YOURE A MANAGER SUCK IT UP GET ON THE PHONE AND DO YOUR JOB. tomorrow we will contact corporate and hopefully then will we get to the bottom of this situation.

Asked for a room with a king bed in it for my wife and I. We got two tiny beds and had to sleep apart. Got in at 3 a.m. went to bed. Woke up to see a1 inch gap under the door that any insect or rodent could have come in. Old AC units, old refrigerators, and toilets were stacked outside the door. Wifi was good. Pool closed. We won't even back.

The motel is very clean and friendly. The staff is very kind and helpful. And they have just renovated their rooms ! My family had a lot of fun staying there!! 😁
