When i checked in our room we noticed holes on the side od the wall they said it was for the boarder to go on tge side of wall. They are remodeling hotel. So later that night round 12 am we noticed dirty water start coming up out the tub also the toilet wouldnt flush. So that morning the water in the tub was worser and it was smelling terrible. My kids couldnt use the toilet we complained to the person that was on duty. Nothing was done about it that night. So that morning we went to the person that was on duty. So they sent some people in to look at the problem was trying to fix the problem nothing was accomplished. By they way my kids was asleep and the people making all kinda noise. They offered us another room to shower but put in mind we had to deal with this all night and this morning. Terrible experience!!!

while drive long distance was verry sleepy so i stay here overnight lol, when I got the room the security guard told me too kick the door at the bottom right corner to open the door. when entering the room I notice where know Towle there are people walking around hanging out all night long. girls selling sex, drug dealers it's like a prisons show.

Rooms we're filthy had to clean myself. Management and staff was rude and unfriendly. Privacy was not respected manager used a key to come into our room while we we're getting ready for bed. Charged extra fees for a infant. Refused to refund money for second night when we decided to leave. DO NOT RECOMMEND

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! While the hotel is average at best. The service is deplorable. Unfriendly unhelpful staff makes this a hotel to avoid. I was shocked to find that when asked for simple amenities which are included. The staff was not only reluctant but down right hostile and combative. Unfortunately the neighborhood is more like a demilitarized zone and security is supposed to be provided. I would not walk unarmed through the parking lot. The simple truth is there are better, nicer, safer and friendlier hotels nearby for roughly the same price. Why would anyone stay here twice?
