Referring only to the Hyundai Department: worked directly with salesman Nicholas Misch and sales managers Matt and Mike Vanderhoof. All 3 were friendly and helpful when beginning my search for a new Hyundai. They acted like straight forward no BS car salesman, which turned out to be severely inaccurate. They quoted me thousands of dollars higher than other dealerships (Crestmont Hyundai, which would be highly recommended by me.) and tried to jerk me around into choosing the car they wanted me to buy, opposed to help me pick the best car for me. When ultimately crestmont won my business, due to their helpfulness and best price, the sales managers and salesman and Hyundai that worked with me quickly turned extremely petty, rude, disrespectful, and unkind. They called me at my work, whose number was never given to them, nor permission to call their, not once but twice. They stared at me through windows as there vehicle was returned from a test drive, and they ignored me when questions were asked as the vehicle was returned. The sales man even followed me to the other side of the dealership to make sure we left. The salesman, who happened to be my friend on Facebook for years, promptly blocked me on Facebook due to the pettiness of losing a sale. This is coming from a former car salesman, and a very simple non-difficult customer. Previously working next door from them at Ganley Honda, we had been perfectly appropriate customers. Would rate 0 stars if possible. However; if you are compelled to shop here, Brandon Williams was extremely cool, helpful, and kind the entire experience.

I wish that I could write that our experience solved our problems, or that I had pleasant interactions with certain staff members, but I cannot. I made an appointment to have certain recall issues repaired, but was told that these issues did not exist in our particular vehicle. I pointed out the seat belt does not retract properly and was told by Robyn that it was because of the angle on the column. I'm no engineer or mechanic, but a seat belt not retracting properly doesn't seem to have anything to do with the position at the anchor point, it would seem to be a tension spring problem.

I explained how our car was not starting properly, and tried to put the problem as simply as I could. I expressed my concern that this issue could possibly be related to 2 older recall repairs, and was told (rather condescendingly) that those issues were repaired and definitely not the problem. As I sat with the salesperson (Justin), he had an appraiser check the car for possible buy out to get us into a new car. The appraiser had difficulty getting the car started. Justin had a problem getting the car started. Keith had a problem getting the car started. I sat in the parking lot for several minutes trying to get our car started.

After Keith got it started, I asked him what technique he used. He said, "Just keep hitting the button. You don't want to let it keep spinning", and then mere seconds later contradicted that with, "But you don't want to let it stop spinning." It is my belief that all this button pushing by everyone who touched our car, plus my attempt to follow these confusing instructions led to the eventual total burn out of the starter motor. I was told that the repair for this was going to cost $754.36, and was read off a litany of other repair issues that were recommended.

Put it simply, Robyn's snotty, indifferent attitude (who seemed more concerned about looking at her cellphone than acknowledging my presence when I walked into the room and stood by her desk [in addition to this, when I expressed my concerns that it was these confusing instructions that led to the burn out, she quickly said that it wasn't "their" fault]), plus the contradictions by the service manager (in addition to the almost complete lack of knowledge on the cars I was interested in by Justin - but to his credit he was open about that), that I left messages for the GM and assistant that have yet to be addressed have totally soured my opinion on Ganley Westside Imports. We had to pay a $88 tow charge to get the Sonata to the dealership, $69.14 for a rental car, and another $65 to have it towed to our mechanic (who can somehow repair the car at $460.60).

We are not happy, and I cannot think of anything that can make this right. We are out $222.14 already and haven't even gotten it repaired yet.

I purchased my 2017 Subaru Forester from here last August (nearly a year ago) and have gotten it serviced only by them. Their service is always very quick and thorough. I do wonder if they actually check your air filters though because I've had them say it needed replaced one time, opted not to, and the next time they said it was good. Also, be sure to ask for one of their reward cards before your 6th oil change. I could have had a free one already if someone had taken the time to give me the punch card the first time I went there.

Came in without an appointment. Was quickly greeted and offered a free car wash once they completed my oil change. All in all, took a little over 30 minutes. Great job!

Eventually negotiated a fair car price. Service staff generally does a good job. However, this is not a dealership that you can trust long term. Staff is attentive when they believe a deal is possible but goes AWOL after the sale. It took me a month to get them to fix a license plate issue that should have taken only a few days. You can get a decent cat price here, but don't expect good customer service.

I will never buy a car again from Ganley. You spend 10k for a used car with a warranty, you think they would stand behind their vehicle. Not only no one can figure out why the check engine light keeps coming on, the other day the muffler fell off. I guess the people doing their 26 point inspection has no clue. Just for the record contacted them about my issues, the response was it will be $100 for us just to look at it.

I talked with three different salesmen at this place while trying to purchase a Subaru WRX. The first gentleman made it seem like it would be way too difficult for me to purchase the car with the amount of money I was thinking of putting down which going over the financials of everything it definitely wouldn't be. The second gentleman was pretty nice and seemed fairly reasonable to me but I still didn't feel like he was trying to get me a deal. The third person I spoke too spent the whole time telling me complete B.S.. He first told me that the 2018 models were ready for order, which they weren't, and I would have to put $1000 down to make the order. When I then asked him to print out the offer he was telling me he didn't have any actual pricing on the vehicle to speak of (which if the vehicle is ready to order you should definitely have that) and all he wrote on his business card to give me is that he would match invoice price or better. Not what I asked for at all. What was even more funny was during our whole talk he kept saying to make sure that if I visited any other dealerships to make sure they printed out there offer. Talk about a hypocrite. I would suggest you avoid this dealership and go to the Brunswick Subaru instead, they actually gave me a reasonable deal right off the bat.

We have gone here 2 times to have a Volkswagen serviced and we have not had a good experience with a single person we dealt with. We had been going to locally owned shops for work when one problem continued to persist for seemingly 2 years. We went for a second opinion who stated that it was the intake manifold. After some research we found that it was a common problem and was covered under a manufacturers extended warranty. That is when we arrived at Ganley Westside. They checked the vehicle, claimed the intake was fine, and spoke down upon the local shop because they themselves were not a dealer. They did find 2 fuel injectors they claimed were bad. They replaced the injectors and we went on our way. That wasn't the fix. Same problems still occuring. We took it back for them to double check the manifold and they adamantly say it is fine, however they cannot explain how they get to that conclusion. Just that it was checked and fine. They fully know it is a problem part but say they cannot fix something that they are not for sure is the issue. However they worked up 2000 in repairs that a "leak specialist" says will fix it, but they aren't sure. We disagree and take the vehicle back, only to find 2 weeks later that they broke the hood latch lever. I never thought I'd have such awful service. I highly recommend anyone considering goes to a different dealer or shop.

I bought a brand new vehicle back in July of 2016. The sales team at Volkswagen are amazing. Erin, my sales person knew so much about my vehicle and all of the features and contents. I was not pressured into a sale at all.
