  Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to selecting a rose, tree or plant. Sydney helped me by letting me know the rose that I was about to purchase was a high maintenance rose. That was not what I wanted to purchase. She also assisted me making a gift certificate purchase . She is an excellent employee and was very helpful and professional at her job . I would recommend her to help you if your looking to purchase items for your landscaping.

  I don’t write reviews but I really feel like I should about Galbaiths. I called Dan out to do a small job, they did a great job so we tore out the whole front and replaced it. That turned out so well we did a major landscaping job in the back. Couldn’t be happier.
  I know they aren’t the cheapest but I have had a ton of contractors at my house and I must say they were one of the best! Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Very rare these days

  Went to look at some new trees for the yard. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the types of trees they had, how big they get and what would work for us best

  I probably should have realized after not getting called back and having our order arrive with dead plants being replaced with whatever they brought along that my requests would be ignored, but alas I write my review a year after “completion”, increasingly unhappy with the outcome of $5000.
  
  The 2 stars are based solely upon what I presume was once passion from the man who helped us. We requested removal of a garden and installation of plants & stone. I explained multiple times that I need my landscape to look nice but be as low maintenance as possible. During the consultation, liners for weeds and metal rock barriers were discussed and agreed upon.
  
  We went to the nursery to pick plants and pay. The day arrived for our job to be done and it was not completed. We were missing plants in several spots. The crew left abruptly and I had to call to find out what was happening, as they left a large pile of debris in our driveway. Upon further inspection, no weed barrier was placed in large sections and a year later you can see how poor of a job they did by the frightening amount of grass protruding through the landscape rocks. Many of the plants are crooked and approximately 25% died completely. During the consultation, we were to have someone visit after the job was complete to ensure all plants had acclimated properly. This was never done.
  
  During installation the internet line was cut. This was something immediately noticeable and was rectified by another company that day. Unfortunately, they also cut the electric line to our light post, which was unbeknownst to us until the thawing from the spring allowed water into the damaged line ruining an entire circuit of electricity in our home.
  
  Sadly, I would not recommend this vendor for landscape services again.

  I called them to get my leaves cleaned up for the fall. Everywhere else that I called were booked and could not get me serviced. Galbraiths got me scheduled within a couple of days and did an outstanding job for a great price. I will definitely do business with them again!

  well this place was a joy (not) to visit.
  
  The owner was surly and really fouled my day up..
  
  Although very knowledgeable (probably knows more than the complete staff of the DIY stores combined), his attitude absolutely put my better half off and refuses to step foot on the property..
  
  Honestly, the guy must have had a terrible week.. While I can understand the joys of working with the retail public, reflecting a bad outlook can really put buyers off.
  
  Now that my better half thinks the guy is hateful, I have to drive twice as far for plants and supplies great job guys.
