Awesome service. Recommend highly for those that are not familiar with dfw airport and don’t want to risk missing their flight and over paying for parking! Clean, professional, and most importantly affordable.

They charge way more than what they advertise. I end-up paying more than double ($15.99 per day) to park there for 10days. Where as they advertise very low. Would not recommend or personally parking there again.

7:00 in the morning on a freezing Christmas day the driver pulls across the parking lot the second they see my car pulling in and follows me as I desperately attempt to remember how to park. He offers to help me with my luggage and is patient as I miscalculate what side of the bus I'm supposed to get into. The bus was incredibly nice with little feet warmers and a huge luggage set. The driver was cordial and polite - especially considering its 7:00 on CHRISTMAS MORNING and I'm some 20-year-old kid shaking like a prey animal with anxiety coursing through their veins and indeed not his family and a fresh baked ham.
10/10 would absolutely recommend, they made a miserable trip so much better and much more preferable to dealing with the absolute dumpster fire that is DFW Airport parking.

Never again. waited 30+ minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Meanwhile 5 parking spot shuttles passed by. I travel frequently for work and I will not be parking here again, instead I will use the parking spot to avoid long wait times after a long travel week. Listen to the reviews regarding a long pick up time from the airport and a decent pick up time in the park n fly lot. I will say the people are really friendly and had the wait time not have been extensive, I’d return.

I have to share the same experience as most of these reviews. I have parked here twice and both times the departure was great, the return was atroshious. I had no problems getting to the airport but coming home I had to wait 30+ minutes for the shuttle. The first I waited right at 30 minutes and I thought maybe they were just busy so I gave them a second chance. This last time I flew in late and had to stand in the dark terminal at midnight for 47 minutes. I kept calling dispatch and she just kept saying someone was on their way and hanging up on me. Meanwhile, I saw 3 parking spot shuttles come and pick up people. I will be using them from now on. The last thing I want to do at the end of a trip is wait that long to be picked up when I already have an hour drive home.

At ~6am, waited with 20 other people for the shuttle for ~15 minutes. Had to Call a Rideshare ($12) to avoid missing my flight. Been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember (10~15 years); this was the last time! Too unpredictable. Don't expect them to be in business much longer at this pace Manager: please don't reply asking me contact you. I'm not interested.

We loved this company. But the last three trips we had to wait 30 minutes at least at the airport for pick up. While we waited we saw 10 Parking Spot vans go by. Consider us lost customers.

They used to be really good at picking up people in a timely matter without having to text or call them, but now you are forced to text or call them, and they still take at least 30 minutes to get you.
Waited so long that even saw 4 Parking Spot shuttles pass by in that time frame.

Park n fly in Dallas was amazing. Followed me to my spot, ready to pick me up and shuttle me to DFW. Pick up was a breeze too. Couldn't have been any better. Thanks for great service and people

I was very pleased overall. The price was good and it was easy for me to pay in advance. As soon as I parked, the shuttle was there to pick me up. Upon returning to the airport, I had to wait about 4 minutes to be picked up.

Have been parking here awhile. Am at Platinum status. Overall good comments for initial pick up. Waiting for pick up at airport is not so great. Am finished using them. Not enough shuttles used for pick up. Going to Parking Spot. They have lots of buses.

Seems a little far from the airport, but you won't feel it. Service is fast (both ways), transportation is clean, drivers are courteous and helpful. And you can't beat the price.

Service is prompt.

However, READ THE FINE PRINT! Returned a day early and they will not refund or credit your account for unused days. Once the reservation is made you are billed in full regardless of changes. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Convenient, reasonably priced, and a good frequent parker program. Staff has always been courteous and prompt. Park N Fly goes out of their way to keep it simple, so it's not an obstacle course trying to get to the airport and back. I've never had anything but a positive experience with them.
