I have used Texas Pristine Roofing once as a repair and once when I needed a new roof. They did a great job and have always been very courteous and knowledgeable. Cathy was extremely easy to work with and responded promptly to any calls or questions I had. She also handled all the paperwork and worked with the insurance company. This made things so much easier for me. I would definitely recommend.

Texas Prestine was recommended to me through a family member who had a 5 star experience a couple of months ago. This team was nothing but professional and efficient. Cathy met with our Insurance Adjuster while he reviewed the damage done by the March hail storm in order to make sure nothing was missed. She then worked tirelessly to get everything completed within just days of receiving the list of items our insurance would cover. She even called our case manager in order to fight for more coverage (which we received).
We were in the process of selling our home (that the roof was being replaced on), and Cathy and her team completed our roof, screens, chimney, and window trim within just a couple of days. She went above and beyond by even walking the property with a magnet to ensure all nails and debris were picked up before the new homeowners moved in.
I would recommend Texas Prestine to anyone looking for a stress-free experience.response / report this review -

Phone solicitor was very unprofessional. He couldn't hang up fast enough when he heard that I had had my roof replaced last year. When I answer the phone and you ask for my time, at least have the courtesy to end the call with "thank you for taking my call."
