Great salon. I typically get mani/pedi here. I’ve also gotten hair blown out. Friendly staff. Mani/pedi has their own section so very quiet and relaxing ❤️

I had been going to Fusion spa for years and years
They were not honest but i liked the girl Melissa
My fav but when my daughter went to her thwy showed an attitude and were rude not at all proffesional the manager showed her true color she actually told me not to come anymore after 6 years that was the first time i met the manager
OMG
I took my 13 friends and gave them the buisiness to them
It has being 3 years never went back

Jake took great care of my damaged, dry, frail hair and it is now soft and on its way back to being normal. He is absolutely awesome and I HIGHLY recommend him! Great experience, really nice, clean salon with friendly staff. I have found my new hairstylist!!!

I had my hair done today by Talia. She was extremely professional and personalable, also very thoughtful. I could not have asked for a better stylist or better results. Happy customer today and in the future ☺️

Jakeup has been my stylist for awhile now, and I have to say he is the best of the best. I never know what to do with my hair but he always has the best suggestions to compliment my face. I have gotten extensions put in and removed as well as a Brazilian blowout. I'm always very impressed with his service and he has the perfect personality for the service industry. I highly recommend booking an appointment with him and seeing his amazing work for yourself!

***** Jakeup Blake Rocks! Gosh knows how many hair stylists I have worked with in this lifetime and I hadn't ever found anyone as consistently wonderful as Jake. He is truly an artist and can make anything you want happen. My last visit I came in with a picture that was a drastic change from what my hair had been. Not only did Jake match the coloring perfect to what I had wanted but he suggested extensions for more volume and length. My hair is thin and seems to stop growing when it hits a certain length. We decided to do it! He colored the tape-in extensions I choose to match the rest of my hair perfectly. My hair is now long, voluminous and awesomely colored for my new summer look. I couldn't ask for a better and more loyal stylist! Thank you Jakeup! I will continue to see Jakeup, even with my 40 min commute because he is very worth it! *****

A few weeks ago I brought my niece in for her appointment with Jakeup for a cut and style. From my past experiences with salons in the area I can honestly say that this was the best of them all. Jakeup was the friendliest and most professional stylist that I've ever seen. My niece left the salon feeling 100% confident about her haircut and makeup application he provided. I can't wait to book an appointment for myself!

What a waste! Made my appt a month ago. Just sat for 30 min for them to tell me my hairstylist wasn't even coming in. What a joke!!!!!!!!! Disgusted. Wouldn't ever go here again.I completely understand that things can happen but the lies these people tell is awful. They made me believe she was there when I signed in, then called her in front of me to see when she was coming In, then tried to lie to me. Then the manager called me days later and tried lying again. Don't need the discount just think honesty goes farther when it comes to mistakes in business. Thank goodness for The BLVD hair in St Lucie Westthey were able to save the day and get me in right away. Made me feel like a queen!

They messed up my hair is the nice way to put it. It was burned beyond belief, an a disgusting grey color at the ends and totally uneven. And as I proceeded to tell them what I just disliked, they told me that it was absolutely all my fault and there was nothing that they could do to help me. Although I am a cosmetologist and know that there was many things that they can do to help, they refused. Everyone there was stuck up and snobby. It was the most absolute worst service and experience I have ever got. And I will make sure everybody knows about it👌🏻
Two weeks later here we are I cut 4 inches off my hair and they have an employee message me on Facebook I'm a liar and telling me to remove the comment or else. Also leaving a lovely message on my mom's phone about how it is my fault and they will no longer associate with me because I told my honest thoughts.response / report this review -

The spa itself is very nice. That's the only reason for second star. The way they treat clients is a different scene. Management needs to address front office staff and train them properly on how to schedule appts. and not to quote incorrect prices. It's happened to me more than once but never again. This has not only happened to myself but friends and family as well.. I will never go there again. I've found a new spa where people are honest. :)
