  I Love Aveda Institute! I receive more compliments than in my entire life since they have been styling my hair. The instructors are incredible and I am never disappointed with the Aveda service. It is a win-win for everyone - the students get the experience credit and the customer gets a great value.

  This place is great. When they are really busy, it’s difficult to wind down, but the Aveda tea helps with that. Their services are worth trying.

  Have never been to Aveda to get my hair cut and I had an amazing experience! My stylist Amber was fantastic! Had to cut off 6 inches and she gave me exactly what I wanted! Looks and feels great!

  I went to AVEDA to get a wash, cut, and dry. The wash was the best part. Once we started to cut my hair the stylist seemed almost scared to cut my hair. No conversation was made. The blow dry was terrible. She got my hair caught in the other end of the blow dryer. The cut itself was also terrible. If you are looking to get anything but a trim, i wouldn't go.

  9 times out of 10 you will be pleased with your visit to AVEDA. I can truly only speak to the nail and massage services though. I have never had my hair done at the institute. For the most part the students do great work, and are eager to please. However you must keep in mind that they are just that, students. Most have a willing spirit to learn and want to make sure their client is satisfied and if something is needed that they cannot do they are quick to grab an instructor. It always smells wonderful and the school is kept clean. I only give 4 stars because there's always room for improvement.

  Called to say I was stuck in parade traffic- they said to keep coming then when I got there they said NOPE we cancelled your appointment! Kayla R. (the manager) went through lengthy explanation of their cancellation system and how they couldn't be bothered to call before even apologizing! And the apology was completely insincere- yep we knew you were stuck in parade traffic because you called and we told you to keep coming, not bothering to tell you that we're going to cancel your appointment at a certain time based on our "system" so we'll let you keep driving all the way across town and then tell you when you get here- don't bother. So rude!!

  I have been to Aveda many times for manicures, pedicures, and hair styles. Each time I have been amazed at the job that they do there. The educators and stylist work really hard to make sure they get it right. I have personally never been disappointed, and I have recommended them to others. Right now I have the perfect pedicure professional and I will continue to use them and refer others for their services. Can't wait to get a facial and make-up.

  If I could rate them higher I would. I can't say enough good about this salon. All I can say to all the negative reviews is that if you weren't satisfy then you should have said something. The educators will make it right if you speak up. I had a color once that I wasn't happy with and they redid the color right on the spot. I've had nothing but good experiences and I've been going for about 5 years. The students are always supervised well and do an excellent job. Give them a try.
