Chelsea's Salon and Spa is the most welcoming and enjoyable spa I've ever stepped foot in. I have been pampered with hair color, hair cuts, styling, pedicures, manicures, facials, and massages from a wide range of their employees. They have always gone ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I recently had a 90 massage and let me tell you what - this girl went to work, she gave it everything she had and really focused in on my problem areas. I didn't even realize how tight my upper back was until the day after the massage, I literally felt as if I had weight taken off of me. I look forward to getting another massage when my body feels as though it needs some attention again (thanks to the massage, I'm still feeling great 3 weeks later).

In addition, I have LONG, THICK hair that goes down to my waistline. I have to admit that I don't get it cut and colored as much as I should but my schedule is very very complicated. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I receive the perfect cut and flawless all-over color and I walk out of Chelsea's with Victoria's Secret effortlessly beautiful hair.

I simply look forward to going into Chelsea's Salon and Spa, the management is wonderful - they've been more than helpful on MANY occasions with requests of mine. They are extremely respectful and truly value their clients and their business. Your HAIR, SKIN, BODY, and SOUL will thank you for choosing Chelsea's Salon and Spa - the results always make me feel like a fresher, more beautiful person than when I walked in that day! Can't wait to get my hair done in a few weeks :)))

Absolutely LOVE this salon! I have been there for massages, nails, and hair appointments and have never been disappointed. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. I highly recommend them!

EDIT - That's not true. Your "solution" was to not allow us to return to the establishment. As said on the phone, the times available to come back were not convenient for us. I find it quite humorous how professional you are when you know Google users will see this, however, you had to go to your personal office to speak to us rudely over the phone. If you truly made "every effort" to make this right, why did you immediately resort to refusing service? Just because you are unwilling to admit your employees did a less than satisfactory job? Like I said, VERY CLIQUEY!

VERY CLIQUEY. Horrible experience. Normally, I would never say this because of how I have been here several times in the past. Recently, I went with my fiancé and they completely gave him the wrong haircut and screwed up his wax. His face still hurts after this experience. They refunded the wax but refused to fix his hair. Also, they said that we rude to the staff members even though we were nothing but kind and understanding. We just wanted a simple fix for his hair. Nothing more.

In loooove! I just received my first massage from Bryce and Jesus! He took his time and rubbed every stress away! Very good and worked my target areas perfectly. Personable and great personality. The staff was very nice and accommodating. 2nd appointment already booked!

Jennifer is a wonderful stylist. She took the time to listen to my needs. I didn't have a picture of what I wanted, but from experience, knew what just what I needed. Jennifer was a delight! I received a head and neck massage, a wonderful shampoo, a professional cut, and a beautiful style. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I would recommend Jennifer to everyone at Chelsea Salon and Spa!

Literally had the best first spa experience in my life! Bryce really took care of me and my concerns. I don't know how I've gone this far in life without getting a facial. My skin feels so amazing. I can't stop touching it. He listened to my concerns and really personalized my facial to my needs. Love it and loved him! Will definitely be coming back again

I've been searching for an excellent hair stylist. I have long curly hair, which can be a bit overwhelming to some. I called Chelsea's and the receptionist recommended Jennifer. She mentioned that Jennifer's experience includes having been an Aveda teacher.

My appointment was yesterday and I'm very impressed. Jennifer accommodated my schedule by arriving an hour early. She went over the options for my price range. She did a marvelous job highlighting my hair. The cut and style are incredible. Her personality was friendly and easy-going. (I'm more the quiet type and prefer to be relaxed when getting my hair styled). Overall, this is the best hair experience and style I've had in a few years. I LOVE the way my hair looks (and so does my husband). :)

A note regarding Chelsea'sthe atmosphere is very professional, friendly and relaxing.
