Dr Doppelt is phenomenal and so are the aestheticians. HOWEVER, just had a horrendous experience with the ladies at the front desk. Rude, unapologetic, and condescending are the three best adjectives to describe them. I’ve spent entirely too much money here to be treated that way. They just lots DECADES worth of skin treatments from me and my husband as we will be finding somewhere else to go. Such a shame..
I have been seeing Mary for about two years now to get three of my tattoos removed and I have to say that she is the BEST!! I was going to another company before and the girl that I had been working with quit, so I was left with no one to finish my tattoo removal. I was afraid I would have to travel to Atlanta or Nashville but luckily I stumbled across an advertisement on the back of a local magazine for Southeastern Dermatology and their PicoSure laser to remove tattoos. I also lucked out that my mom knew who Dr. Doppelt was through her business and she highly recommended him and his staff. I made an appointment to see Mary right away and here I am two years later (I'm doing one tattoo at a time) still getting AMAZING results on my tattoo removal! Mary is incredibly knowledgeable and she is so sweet; she really makes me feel so comfortable about the process every time I go to see her! I highly recommend her if you are having any tattoo regret!
Dr. Doppelt is amazing! For years I considered chin augmentation/chin implant until I meet Dr. Doppelt. He was able to give me the results I was looking for without surgery but with injectables instead! The results were AMAZING! I could not have been happier! It actually reshaped my face giving me a more contoured look! I even had someone ask me if I had lost weight after looking at my before and after photos! Another plus, his office staff are all so wonderful and friendly!
Dr Doppelt and his staff are always so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
I was SO impressed with how Dr. Doppelt listened, observed and then agreed with me on what was going on with a rash I have on my face. Together, we learned something new and how to deal with it. There is no cure for what I have but he gave me some samples of medicines/creams that should help aliviat some of the symptoms. Thank you Dr. Doppelt for listening to me and for your help.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had some itching on my arm and back. I called for an appointment and it was easy to set up. I got there about 10 minutes before my appointment and was excited to see the office was very professional. The paper work, I hate it, was easy. I was called in on time and the assistant was right there. She asked a few questions and said the doctor would be right in.
I felt very comfortable. He came in and was very easy to talk to. Looked at my skin and gave me a full examination for moles and such I guess. He looked at my itchy spots and gave me a few samples and a prescription for some more. The itchyness stopped the next day. I made another appointment for 6 months out just for a checkup on a few dark spots he wanted to watch. Friendly checkout lady and I will make him my dermatoligist.
I just experienced the rudest most awful unbelievable customer service ever in my life by a doctors office. I was in fact informed of a wrong location to this dermatologist. And after getting my 86-year-old grandmother ready, picking her up on the opposite side of town and coming to the office. I realized I was told the wrong location. As I called the office and let them know that I was in the wrong area and headed their way they decide to not see my 86-year-old grandmother, who I had taken off work for in order to be seen. Not to mention having to have already waited three weeks to get into this appointment, they decide to tell me it's going to be another two weeks before they can even see her, even though they didn't tell me the the correct address. Although we live in a modern society and I should have called to make sure I was going to the right place AGAIN I don't see why being 10 minutes late should keep my 86-year-old grandmother from being seen by the dermatologist, in order to have a cancerous mole removed. I know life happens and it's easy to sometimes run late and I understand that businesses can't always accommodate people's tardiness, however in this instance my tardiness was due to their lack of correct information and I don't see why my grandmother should have to pay for their mistake. It just goes to show me that if I had been "on time" I'm not so sure I'd want her to be a patient of this dermatologist, now that I know how they treat patients
I've been seeing Dr. Doppelt and Dr. Debbie for several years now, and it's always a pleasure. I'm the guy that doesn't go to the doctor unless something is broken, or I can't stop the bleeding myself. but I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always very kind, compassionate, and caring.
I have enjoyed many services at Southeastern Dermatology. Dr. Doppelt and his wonderful staff are always available to answer my questions and offer advice. They are very up to date on all products and procedures. Also, it is wonderful to have it done by a doctor!
