When we got to our seats there was pop spilled on them. We waited about 20 mins for someone to come clean up the mess. Then about half way into the show someone from the section above us sprayed pop all over my wife and the couple next to her. She was soaked in their pop. After speaking with a few managers they agreed to give us 2 tickets to another show, but we had 6 people in our group that had to leave early do to this incident. There is no way the rodeo is sold out so why can't my family enjoy the show together?

Have been there 5 times for a convention nice venue main level seating is ok . Upper level seating is horrible. Very small and narrow seating.

I attended the TobyMac show on March 4th.
The concert was amazing, but the prices for food were outrageous and don't need to be that expensive. The tickets for the concert were already expensive enough, and we spent over $30 in food from 2 food spots.
Also, the cleaning needs to be upgraded.
When i got to my seat, there were candy wrappers, sticky gum, and spilled soda under it. I had to clean it up myself just so i didn't ruin my shoes from the soda & gum.

Nice place. Saw Marshall Tucker there in 2015 & this year attended the concert while attending MATS. It was nice as usual but I don't like the fact that u cannot go outside after u r in the building. They have no area inside 2 smoke & it's full of truckers! What if I needed something out in my car 4 my child? I've never been 2 any other concert that u could not leave & come back in. That's the only thing I have an issue with. And I see others say that the food & drink r over priced of course that's everywhere!

Seats are comfortable. This is an older venue but still nice. Was able to get in and out pretty easily with a packed stadium. Had a great time!

We attended the Monster Jam show in January, and this was our first time ever visiting. We bought our over priced tickets online, which also charged a service fee PER ticket which was a ridiculous amount! Needles to say this little short entertainment turned out to be VERY expensive. We have been to other monster truck shows before in Texas and you don't pay near as much as they do here! You don't even pay for parking, which should also be included in your ticket purchase. And to top it off, they have four lanes and only two lanes where open to come in, which created long lines, and it caused us to miss almost 30 minutes of the show. You pay all that money, and they can't open all the lanes to get people in there quicker! The seats were SO small, I was elbowing my neighbor and was very uncomfortable throughout the rest of the show, it's like you couldn't breath! I was relieved when the show was over because the seating was so close together. Our seats were even taken, we had to find another place to sit! We won't be coming back for other shows.
